Hi Rob. Appreciate if you could send the link of the video where you featured your friend's filtration system where he used different layers of stones and at the bottom is a plastic container where the solid waste is trapped. From what I remembered he used an air compressor to clean the inside of the filtration system. Sorry mate,I know my question is all over the place. I've been looking for that video in your list but can't seem to find it. Hope you can see you my comment . Cheers!
Here in Europe the season ended. Had mixed results, but learned a lot. I also have plenty new fish, and a frog took residence of my small pond. So I am looking forward to the next season. 👍

I add 10% Bondcrete to exterior acrylic paints and when applied to a sanded IBC it has lasted for over 10 years. The paint is still firmly attached. The big problem with IBCs is rust. The cages will corrode when placed above a fish tank or sump and the rusted metal will fall into the water. This results in iron poisoning which kills the fish.
I'm working on slowly getting family property ready for a hobby farm and your videos have really helped me solidify the Aquaponics plan I want to do once I get a high tunnel green house in. I'm still researching what fish would be best for me in Arkansas, USA, but I'm sure I'll find something. Thanks a bunch for the information.

It would be helpful if ya made a video on what to grow on any given season. Just curious.

Arh, Mastery, lol... p.s. DRZ Pots have taken off again, ill send videos when just a little bigger. but going to be another bumper season of heirloom tomatoes again.. Need more rafts for DWC DRZ Garlic and Onions and Beets
Can you leave these systems for awhile if you have auto fish feeders? I live in Roma and need to go to Brisbane every now and then and I know the wife won’t want to touch it.
Folks will use the feeders but fish will also do OK without feed for a while as well. It's only critical they get regular feeds when they are really young.
