Mam what about the sides of vocal cords in idl when we r seeing..is the sides is same as we seen in direct.. (eg : in FOL right vocal cord is in right side of patient)
PPW is posterior wall extending from,above at the level of hyoid bone to ,below,to the level of lower border of cricoid cartlage. PPW is continous above with posterior wall of oropharynx and below continues as oesophagus.

In Indirect laryngoscopy there is side inversion. Right cord seen as left and vice versa

Base of PFS is PE folds?
Pyriform sinus extends from PE folds to lower border of cricoid cartilage. Base is continous with oropharynx,along the sides of larynx
