imo ultrasonic or geo is better for defenseman and geo or hyperlite is better for forwards. as an offensive defenseman, i use geo since it’s hybrid and good in many scenarios. but essentially ultrasonic is for shot power, hyperlite is for quick snap shots, and geo is a little of both
I’ve gotten the opportunity to use both and I think I like the hyperlite better, but unfortunately it broke 😂, now I have the ft4 pro and it’s the best stick I’ve ever had!
I now own both and for $20 sticks they work great. The geo has a crack on the hosel and is 70.5 inches long. It’s literally about a half foot over my head on skates and a great poke check stick. The hyperlite I ended up using all game today, and for the first time using a Bauer one piece I actually really liked it. Scared it’s going to break every time I touch it, but can’t complain with the price I paid in a big package deal. It’s very similar to the CCM Triggers, except if it ever breaks with the Bauer taper so much has to be cut off to shove a composite blade in it unlike the CCM sticks that fit them almost perfectly.

I like the low kick low flex sticks. Idk how much you weigh but I use 55 flex at like 133 pounds. might move to 65 if I get stronger.
These guys are kids like 120 pounds using whippy sticks lmao no power 😂 I’m 5’7 170 Use 90-100 flex can still bend it have too much strength and power 😂

Geo and sling broke right above the blade and my HyperLite has a hole at the same spot.

@@TrewCrew try out a P88. I’m more of a CCM guy but the P88 is the only curve I use when I use a Bauer stick.
