How to make! Directions 1. Grind 1/2 of onion and 7pcs of garlic and put it in the plastic bag 2. Cut chicken tenderloins in a half 3. put all in the plastic bag 4. Put 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine and a half spoon of salt in it. 5. Mix all with your hands.(Massage) 6. Marinate for 10minutes in refrigerator. 7. Put 4 spoons of Potato starch and 2 spoons of Frying flour in it 8. Massage 9. Frying it all for 2.5 minutes at 320 ℉ and take it out. Cool it for 5 minutes. 10. Frying it again 1.5minutes at 347℉ 11. It makes the dish better to squeeze lemon. 전분가루 없어서 밀가루로 대체하고 양념에 소금 줄이고 간장 좀 더 넣었더니 눅눅하고 짠 치킨이 완성😂ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그래도 생각보다 맛있어요! 다음엔 간장 줄이고 전분가루로 해보겠어요😎 레시피 감사해요!
