I mentioned for choice C how for Bell's palsy you won't do further diagnostic studies. This is for idiopathic Bell's palsy, e.g., due to viral infection. But if patient lives in endemic area for Lyme, NBME can sometimes have Borrelia antibody titers as an answer as well. Just clarifying this side-point because I know someone will eventually leave a comment here on it.
