In this video I show you how I drew and painted a picture of Poirot on the front of my Mums Birthday card! 😀
The video shows everything from drawing the shape, to going over the outline in pen, to painting and colouring in the picture and the text and then finally going back over the outline in pen to create a cartoon style card! 😀
For this drawing I used a Pentel Sharplet-2 0.5 mechanical pencil. Daler and Rowney system 3 acrylic paints, Derwent coloursoft and Faber Castell polychromos pencils, Uni pin fine line black 0.8 pen, Uni Posca white paint pen and Daler and Rowney Smooth-Heavyweight 220g/m2 paper.
