Its funny that his voice is associated with so much authority since Corpse is such a shy and anxious person. He talks all the time about how nervous he is and how he's just waiting for his popularity to just die off. I think a lot of people are attracted to Corpse initially for the voice because it is a shock to hear such a low voice. But the people that stay do so because they realize he is such a sweet, wonderful, and relatable person. He's super supportive to his friends and he's very open about his mental and physical health. So to me, this makes him very endearing and trustworthy. Once you realize these things about him, then the voice just becomes a bonus.

Loved the video on Corpse Husband, he's become very popular and relatively quickly. From what I know he also seems to be very kind and genuine which just adds to his overall charm. His voice is so mesmerizing, really grabs the attention. Very nice that you also gave some of the other skills to show that everybody can sound authoritative, as I'm one of the many people who isn't blessed with a low register (soft voice and on the higher side). Also nice use of the Tokyo Ghoul OP (Unravel) in the outro!

    Wow. Awesome analysis.
What drew me to Corpse at first was the slow pace, calm yet decisive voice especially when he was playing the imposter. It was hard to tell when he was nervous, only if he said so.
He didn't rush his speech when being called out and took control of the lobby with just his voice.
This video was super informative and extremely interesting.
The content keeps getting better 👏
There is so much variation and it actually helps in adjusting my way of thinking because I'm a heavy introvert with a unhealthy amount of social anxiety and I'm studying to become a teacher.

A small remark i'd say: based on the title/previous videos i expected this to be a lot more about Corpse. The previous videos you made about pewds jack and others were less dry i would say, because it had more of analysing them and telling the story of the craft of voice and presentation through that.

Corpse has a medical condition called GERD which has affected his throat and damaged his vocal cords enough to where his voice is naturally that low decibel tone. He said at one point that he wasn't able to afford the medication that helps control it, and while he was off it that's when his voice started to change more.
he's actually a really nice guy who is pretty shy and has a great wholesome personality that just makes people want to hang around. He has some other medical conditions as well, so he gets anxious really quick. He really doesn't want to do facecam because he knows that he looks different from what his voice makes him seem like he looks one way and that can make it all the worse.

Sometimes you hear his voice trying to break through all the other loud voices (like Jacksepticeye) in Among Us. He says a lot of things but his deep voice have trouble breaking through. So sometimes the low register is not good.
Women with low voices. Brittney Slayes, singer in Unleash The Archers (why did they leash the archery to begin with) has a very low voice. But can also do high screams. Wonderful to listen to. With blasting drums and guitars as background.

Absolutely fantastic video. Honestly I found your channel through JackSepticEye's reaction to your video on him, and naturally had to catch up. From there I continue to watch other videos of yours. I enjoy the way you truly analyze various aspects of each of your subjects. That you take the time to do research and explain thoroughly how and why you've arrived to your conclusion. I've witnessed your development as well, and the towel smack screen shatter intro should definitely stay. You're finding yourself like many other RUclipsr's have before you and will after you. I read an article one time about the tone and resonance of Kid Cudi's voice being the reason he's been so successful. Might I suggest in honor of the great musician and RUclipsr Corpse Husband, you review Kid Cudi in support of his recent release of Man on the Moon III: The Chosen. We've waited a long time for this. I'm also a bit disappointed you didn't comment on any of Corpse's music. His E-Girls Are Ruining My Life, is insanely popular. Best of luck to you, and look forward to the next video.

My voice had always been unusually low for a woman's. Ever since I was really young the deepness if my voice really surprised people because of my age. Everyone else had really high voices while I was regularly mistaken for an adult on the phone at around five years old. It isn't so surprisingly low now because I'm much older where it surprised people now is when I sing in my most comfortable range. I can go really, really low and it freaks people out sometimes, especially my mum.
