I've been following the development for a good while now and can't wait to check out the game, once it finally releases. Visually, I think you absolutely knocked it out of the park with this trailer and created space for some much deeper going lore aspects, than one would think at first glance. Knowing how passionate you guys are about the game, I'm sure you'll take your time, up until the release in 2024 but please make sure to delay it, if you have to. Your community will be here for the long run and will support you through thick and thin, since we all want this game to become what it can be - but I'm sure you guys will give it your all. I truly wish you all at Deep Worlds best of luck with the rest of the development, throughout release and beyond. ♥
I just saw the trailer on some other upload channel, and holy fuck. I don't know what I just watched, but it's fucking awesome. Was hoping for a sort of Death Stranding universe and campaign, but the trailer looks sick regardless.
I hope y’all pull off what you’re dreaming of with this game. I’ve been wondering if an alternative to Hunt Showdown would appear. I love that game and I’d love for it to have some competition. ❤🎉
This looks EXACTLY like wapor ware game called QRF. Did they change the name of that game project ? Or did both game companies use same ad agency that just use same models and material to make cut & paste copies of trailers for both games ?
Because it's a game that is planned to be in the works for years. This trailer is basically the target goal the devs set for themselves. Now they're working on it. And I've gotta say, they're still in pre-Alpha closed testing but things are definitely shaping up.
This appears to fall short of industry standards. The absence of tangible gameplay elements in these CGI "video game" trailers leaves the audience with only vague conceptual notions of the potential gaming experience. Furthermore, it raises concerns regarding the developers' ability to showcase compelling content to their prospective customers. Upon closer examination of the Steam page, it regrettably aligns with my pre-existing modest expectations. Permit me to address fundamental shortcomings: 1. The product introduces no innovative features to distinguish itself from existing offerings. 2. Any features presented appear to exhibit middling quality at best. 3. There are discernible concerns regarding the potential lackluster replayability of the in-game maps. In essence, the current presentation and information provided do not inspire confidence in the product's ability to meet the standards and expectations of discerning gamers. In addition to the aforementioned points, it is worth noting that the absence of any prior titles in the developer's Steam profile further raises doubts about their track record and capability. This lack of a proven gaming history on the platform adds to the concerns regarding the developer's ability to deliver a high-quality gaming experience, especially when considering their unimpressive current offering.
LMAO. Mate calm down. This is very much in early development. A lot of reiteration to come! If this is below your expectations then no need to act all superior and type a TLTR review on a game you haven't even tried yet. What a smug prick haha. The nerve...
go back to ready or not, a game that had 0 replayability for over a year, which is the first game ever made by their developper and that didn't have playtests nor an open beta. if you actually read the steam page, you'd have seen that it's an extraction shooter with progression (which means, a lot of reaplayability) with AI monsters and player monsters (pretty sure there's no extraction shooter with a player playing a monster). And if you call UE5 graphism "mid", maybe you should buy some glasses or a better monitor, because what i saw in the trailer and in the images of the game doesn't fall short of recent AAA games.
"Loved all of it. Understood nothing."

Ladies and gentlemen this is how a game is presented
This is how a game is sold
Phenomenal. Was Mocap used for this at all, or were animations hand-keyed?
Yes mocap was used !

So the actual game is nothing like this?
The game will eventually be similar to the trailer but now it is in development
Itll be like tarkov and scp in alpha for many years. But this im guessing is the end goal.
the teaser is superb, the game looks disgusting... how can so many people still be fooled by a teaser that doesn't show any in-game images

Well, it is a more noble intent than what The Day Before trailers did.
Eh, I don’t have a pc strong enough to get it anyway. The trailer still looks absolutely sick tho
