Battle of Guildford Courthouse in war of independence had this happen. A bunch of farmers beat the better trained, better equipped redcoats. Did it by using the land, redcoats coming uphill through fields, farmers scattered through the fields instead of in a line. But the key part was the best shooters among the Americans were held back as snipers and told to only shoot at fleeing Americans. Helped the farmers hold their ground. Because their accuracy wasn't what lost the battles.
Your feet aren't flat, the muscles are weak. Weak because you wear shoes that crush your toes, the heel is probably too high and you likely never do anything that actively strengthens your feet. I was expecting you to say asthmatic. The weakness of your feet can be improved
I’m skeptical because I have spent the vast majority of my life barefoot. All my toes have healthy separation. Additionally, I am an active walker/climber over everything. I have flat feet. Thoughts?

Oof. Green Berets were killed by ragtag boys in Mali. Several Army and Navy special forces were killed in Mogadishu. All killed pretty easily with just AKs and RPGs sometimes. The hype is excessive.
