This legitimately is the best interview Sam has ever done. He talked Star Wars, but talking about Being Human, a little bit about the business, his life, it was all just fantastic
I was able to speak with Sam Witwer at Star Wars celebration. He was late to his autograph signing because he had another show that went over its timeslot. Because of this he went above and beyond to spend extra time with people! There was probably 200 of us in line and he spent what seemed like five minutes with everyone instead of just a 30 second hello and autograph! Love this guy in the Star Wars universe!
Sam is the coolest. I got a cameo for my mother by him. And he went for about 4-5 mins. She was a huge being Human fan. He proceeded to just show off memorabilia of the show and tell behind the scenes stories. She LOVED it and had the biggest smile on her face. Really made her feel special.

@LucasRomeroVA I'm talking about Sam greenlighting projects like Kathleen Kennedy, being overseer. Filoni plays in his own sandbox and sometimes gets involved with other stuff.
Sam is one of the coolest, and nicest human beings out there. That dialog on learning a skill with your voice, eventually leading to many awesome things. Sam's journey and ongoing adventures are amazing. So happy for his accomplishments
What I love about this episode: This wasn't Rosey reading off some notes, this was a conversation. I really felt like I was chilling in the room listening to two new found friends who are talking like this is the only two hours they get to compare notes, and praise each other's work. Sam has to come to Talkville some time.
The original was so good. My issue with the remake was it was a word for word copy of the original(at least the first few episodes cause thats all i watched), which made it a bit pointless for me. I wish they'd gone more like Shamless and set up the world and then made it their own and came up with orrignial scripts.
Sam Witwer has been one of my favorite actors, loved Being Human, LOVED him as Starkiller in The Force Unleashed, and his acting as Davis Bloome in Smallville!
Sam Witwer was a fun, enthusiastic and exciting guest to both watch and just close your eyes and listen to. An amazing character actor and voice over talent. Seems like he's down to earth at all times and an incredible performer on both Supergirl and Smallville! Michael, I loved this interview and Bravo Sam. So much fun to watch and listen to.Thank you, guys!
I freaking love Sam Witwer. He's such a genuine and kind human being that is somehow involved in a lot of things I'm passionate about. (Multiple Star Wars projects, a lot of great video games, and one of my favorite shows: Being Human)
One of the many things that I love about this podcast is how open, honest, and real both Michael and his guests are throughout the entire time. It's just two people getting together, discussing life and all the shit that happens throughout!
Michael, As one of the many people here who were fans since the Smallville days, I continue to be in awe of this podcast and the guests you have on. Sam Witwer is a guest I always wanted to be on this show and he did not disappoint. I love how this show not only has great stories but also helps us recognize certain issues and behaviors that we may not realize we have in our lives or difficult times all kinds of people are going through....I am so very grateful for this show and we love you guys.
One of the best episodes ever! Michael do us a favor, when its naturally going long, don't cut it short. We will watch all of it! I easily could have spent another hour of you two just doing voices back and forth.
Probably my only gripe with Michael's pods. He seems a little too strict on time. Feels like he cuts off guests when they're on a roll. Even cuts off Tom Welling quite a bit in Talkville.
Another amazing episode. I had no idea Mr. Witwer was so amazing at voice acting, but he is one of the best I've ever heard. I relistened to those parts with my eyes closed and it's chilling how accurate he really is. Like Ryan, I got messed up at the end and my mind said, "Always hold on to Smallville", so it's not just you Ryan...LOL
Sam Witwer's version of doomsday was epic!!!! Being Human was an amazing show i wished would have lasted longer. He nailed the James Earl Jones impression. It was spot on.

This was a really great interview. I enjoyed Sam talking about rewriting the mental script he had about himself. As a creative person, even if not an actor, it's easy to fall victim to that. He seemed really relaxed and like a cool dude who'd be chill to hang out with. I"m glad he seems to be in a happy place.
Thank you Michael. I've always wanted to see Sam on this podcast. This was such a great conversation and I'll be watching this on repeat. #Starkiller #LexLuthorandDoomsday
I just finished listening to this episode. Sam is such a talented voice artist. His Harrison Ford was my favorite. He definitely has worked hard to get were he was at in his career. He is definitely very talented and I honestly thought that he had been on the podcast before. It honestly felt like he had. He definitely needs to do a part 2.
Witwer is brilliant. He was great as Davis Bloome. Great actor and voice actor. Fun, captivating dude all around. No surprise his career listings are so varied and fun. They say it's all about who you know but unless you got the talent and the confidence to shine and be yourself when it counts, you won't get entrance to the doors you want to when it comes to the connections you make. This was a fun listen and watch.
Spot on impressions of Harrison and George and pretty much everything else 👏 It’s always so fun to watch Sam answer Star Wars Trivia, and talk about Star Wars in general
I'm so happy that Sam Witwer said he would want to bring Starkiller to live action. I hope he can show up in the Ashoka series to build hype and that would get Force Unleashed 3 made.

Just 14 minutes in and I love this. The behind the scenes perspective of "Being Human" is interesting. It's the first time I noticed Sam Witwer. Sam is absolutely right at 44:25 about being honest. It is very appealing. This was a fantastic episode!!! Sam is seriously one of the most enjoyable guests on any podcast.
Michael, just wanted to say that your psychology when you played Lex Luthor on Smallville was very much an influence to me as an entertainer. Now that I’m seeing you as you, the psychology is even more of an influence.

Sam Witwer is just amazing at everything he does. He was originally General Zod in the season 8 finale when he comes out of the cube making an uncredited appearance but was only contracted for one season for one character which was Davis Bloome.
Zod was played by Callum Blue, not Sam once Zod's run was over. Wither was already casted as Bloom/ Doomsday by that point. The nude scene as a stand in for Zod but he was always supposed to play DD/Davis Bloome went uncredited from Smallville trivia IIRC.

It's interesting how the middle of this interview reflects the three main "ideals" of the TV Series "Babylon 5" by J. Micheal Strazynski: Who Are You? What Do You Want? Why Are You Here? ... Being a huge fan of that show, I consider these questions myself... Occasionally I make some progress answering them, too. It ain't easy! I appreciate that you discussed these subjects as well. A childhood dream was to be a character designer for Lucas and I’m so happy a fellow nerd made it!
I love how Sam is just such a giant nerd and so chill, his Twitch streams when he's just shooting the shit while playing old games is always a good time.
His voice acting is INCREDIBLE
Yes!!!!!!!! Lex Luthor with Doomsday! Sam Witwer! Darth Maul, The Son, Emperor, Aden,.. Also he never ages!🤣 Loved this Michael 💙🤘
Thank you for gifting us authentic interviews. Found your channel last week and thoroughly enjoying every interview.
I’m subbed to Dick Cavett’s throwback 1970’s interviews due to it’s the raw and honest thoughts of the guests.
It’s stunning to watch and your show is equally comparable.
To feel the highs and lows of the grueling industry of entertainment, grounds those who haven’t experienced it first hand.
Thank you Michael! You’re helping these beautiful creative souls and healing those who watch as well.
Life is not for the weak. 😉
Wishing you the best of everything! 🙌🏼🤍🌻
I'm loving the voices that both Sam & Michael are doing, this may well be one of my favorites ❤️
Glad to see your subs going to where they need to be... Just a great interviewer and listen... Love from London
Can do just say how much i needed this interview today. I was feeling so down today, you and Sam just uplifted my spirits. At times just listening I couldn’t tell if you or Sam were talking. Please have him back. Rosy I LOVE you. 💛💛💛💛💛💛 Truly an incredible show. So happy to be a patreon member. Much love to Sam. 💗
Even better than I had hoped for! This needs follow up episodes, y’all are magic together!
One of my favorite dudes to listen to, he’s so down to earth and fun to hear stories from
It's interesting how the middle of this interview reflects the three main "ideals" of the TV Series "Babylon 5" by J. Micheal Strazynski: Who Are You? What Do You Want? Why Are You Here? ... Being a huge fan of that show, I consider these questions myself... Occasionally I make some progress answering them, too. It ain't easy! I appreciate that you discussed these subjects as well. Thank you both for your insights.
This is such an enjoyable, interesting and informative episode and Sam is a very talented and confident man who seems to have worked out how his life needs to be lived. Loved the more personal conversations between the two of you and I hope you can become good friends as you have a lot in common 💖Thank you🤗
Sam Witwer is one of my favourite people in the world, loved him in Smallville, the Force Unleashed still one of my favourite games and he loves Star Wars.
Another great podcast with equally amazing people.
This was great, thanks for having Sam, Michael. Would love to see Huntington on here too. Definitely hope Witwer comes back though, what a fun dude.🖤
