I agree with Claudia. The streets were damn near locked down during that time between Biggie and Tupac's murders so it's not so far fetched that now things are starting to come to light...20+ years later people are either coming to the ends of their lives and/or realizing that they don't have much to lose so they're starting to speak their truth

Keycards to access floors back in 1998. Funky Dineva that doesn't even make sense. There maybe other parts of the story that may be embellished. But it's not far fetched that non-guests were able to fully access any floor in a hotel back in 1998. Especially pre-9/11 when security everywhere was lax.
