I am not able to control my teammate. I am trying to use R stick, but it goes somewhere else

During the game there is no time to point at 4 players at the same time when the opponent is pressing you. The game must somehow make players run without me having to trigger them. Instead they just stand in one position and you are always forced to play backwards if the opponent is closing you down. It gets tougher when u play in highest divisions

When you tell which player to run, immediately use right stick to show which direction they need to run.
