Last year in February I went through an operation and fibroadenoma Mixed inter + pericenalicular was removed now near the operated I can feel something hard can you tell me what it can be it is not a lump because it is long and only on the place the cut is there

Are all fibroadenomas in need of a biopsy to gain a diagnosis? Or is it just suspicious looking lesions that get biopsys?
