The state won't even allow rail system here anymore, in a ltc, our facility has removed all rails from the beds. Falls are happening a few a week, the state government is crazy.

All labor intensive ideas while you know the staffing levels are extremely low due to available licensed staff and companies wanting high profits.

More realistic ideas are needed. And almost no real ideas on actually keeping a person in the bed!
