- The 3nd Annual Washington SummerCon (previously known as the Toy and Geek Fest) in 2019 at Washington State Fairgrounds. This year the show included an incredible group of Hollywood Hotrod Hero Cars, from the International Movie & TV Vehicle Owners Association, Wasteland Weekend, www.madmaxcars.com and a host of other exhibitors. Take tour of the event and see the Mad Max Interceptor (Pursuit Special), the XA Bat and 58 DeSoto from the Roadwarrior, K.I.T.T.s from Knightrider, Back to the Future's DeLorean Time Machine, Transformers Bumblebee, The Impala from Supernatural, The Murdercedes and Charger Daytona from Wasteland Legends, and much more! @@steveskrobot9496 That was a fun and cool video. I think the Mack truck belongs to our good friend and client Adrian at the Mad Max 2 Museum in Silverton. Not 100% sure who the other replicas belong to.
@@MadMaxCars Hi mate,the vehicles are all locally owned,being shot in Victoria.The black Pusuit Special is owned by Peter Axford,the 4 door Interceptor is owned by Peter Robinson.These guys own a business called MFP Garage,im pretty sure they build mfp replicas for clients.The Mack truck is supplied by an earthmoving company.I don't know if Adrians Mack is genuine or a replica,I don't know if this Mack from Victoria is a replica or if its the actual same truck that Adrian has or had? I cant see Adrian parting with any of his MM prized possesssions,so yeh,but anyway,good on 'em for creating a cool video.I just wish it contained more footage of the interceptors.Thanks for the reply!
@@steveskrobot9496 Ah cool. We know of Peter through the industry and one or more of our guys has talked with him a time or two. Interesting about the Mack. I suppose there could be several replicas around, but it does seem a bit surprising. Pretty much everything Adrain has is a replica, or on its way there. Who knows I guess. Fun video. I would have loved to see more footage fo the cars too. Thanks for sharing it!
AWESOME video man! What a great event! I loved seeing the Star Wars stuff too. When you get time check out the Star Wars Props photo album on my Facebook account. It's all props I've made. Well, their not props......they are "another one" as I built mine the same way Lucas had his built. :) All those cars are so cool! Thanks for posting this video. I'm going to watch it a couple more times.

And we Wonder where all of the XA,B,C Coupes went to in Australia . I had a falcon that was in Mad max, it was the ute seen towing the caravan (trailer) that the bike went through.. Not exactly star quality though.
Our mates tell us that the Coupes were very much unloved through the 80s and 90s and many many of them got scrapped. Add to that racing, stunt work, general attrition of vintage cars, and collector demand taking them off the road, and that where they mostly went. The tip largely. There is less than 200 XA,B,C Falcons in the USA (Including Utes, Wagons, Sedans, Panel vans, and Coupes), so no tangible effect on their availability there.

That Dodge Charger Daytona is the most Awesome Wasteland creation I've ever seen. Cool stuff.

We have filmed movies with it (did you check it out n action in Wasteland Legends?), and it shows up to the longest running annual Mad Max themed event in the world, Roadwarrior NW (August 31st this year) as well as Wasteland Weekend. Sad to see a Doge Daytona cut up and looking as un-original as can be.
The good thing is its all 100% bolt on and easily reversible by design!

@@scurge1971 Well, let that heart rest easy. Its all cosmetic and reversible. Plus if you know your Daytonas I think you will see a clue looking at that car that will ease your conscience even more. Let me know when you spot it.
