    I had floated the tissue culture stems in the tank near by the light. With lot of natural CO2 they got very strong stems and leaves. Also getting acclimated to the water partially. Before inhave melted the stems when I put directly in a low co2or diy CO2 tanks with no control over parameters. Right now I have some alternanthra left in non CO2 system and I must say CO2 will definitely help.

      I'm floating tissue cultures now! Hoping it works out. There's been some melt but overall the roots are growing and I think they're going to grow in!

    I brought a couple AR mini's but they're not so mini now. They can grow up to a foot tall if you let them.

    What about alternanthera reineckii (not mini)? Is CO2 a must for it to grow? I have a low tech setup.

    Sir my dwarf hairgrass parvula is growing well but problem I face that they create new plants from their leaves plantlets. So how can I stop this and force them to create runners.

    Why is my Alternan thernan reinecki dying and showing no growth when I have aqua soil co2 8 hour light per day and all my other plants are fine I’m even growing Rotalq macrandra and my Monte Carlo is carpeting it was a tissue culture too so I don’t know how it would get a disease

    • @BlakesAquatics
      @BlakesAquatics  8 месяцев назад

      Possibly the light intensity? Macrandra can reach up higher so maybe the lower down ar isnt getting enough light down low
