George seeing his wife look back at him and smile genuinely, you can tell that a man like him is blessed because he has a lovely wife, 3 lovely children and a grandson, a home and a job. He has the best of all the world.

These movies always have a spot in my heart. I always loved them because they are how I wished my life would've been, instead of the disastrous family and childhood I had... I always wondered what having a loving father as George was like, instead of the violent alcoholic one I had...

This scene Brooke my heart. Watching his daughter and family drive away to move across the country. That's sad. If inhad been annie I would accepted the promotion close to home not across the continental. But I understand the mea ing behind the situation. But it's still sad amd heartbreaking. That like when my son left t tor bootcamp came home then left again
The only difference is that they can communicate thru virtual setting amd phone calls my son can only call me on the weekends. But all of the choices made here were firba good cause.
Although it's still sad amd heartbreaking❤

I kinda wish if they did a father of the bride part 3 this is how I wished it would've went with Megan and George both getting engaged and setting their wedding dates on the same day, Annie and Brian have become separated due to the years pulling them apart, Matty is already married and expecting his first child, which leaves him terrified of becoming a parent when he learns he's having twins, and Nina and George dealing with the fact that not only are they letting go of another daughter, but also dealing with the arrival of their new grandchildren. That's just my opinion though.

If they had offered the promotion at home and not boston that woukd have been more fullfilling.
