@@annerobinson647 Thanks so much Anne, it's interesting how fabrics make such a difference. That pattern would look great in a more casual chambray too, it's very versatile.
Congratulations on 3K!🎉 Angela @DevonThreadTales did a great sew along for the Kalle. I did view A with the covered buttonhole placket in white double gauze. The CC instructions at that point were a bit difficult to follow. I brought the front hem down so that it is even with the back hem. This is the second one I have made. It isn’t a quick sew but you will love it!
Aahh thanks so much for the mention ❤ I loooooove your M7947 the fabric was such a perfect choice too ❤ Love you simplicity jumpsuit and the fabric your mum surprised you with will look so nice ❤
Kalle is a great pattern. I made it a good few years ago and the instructions are really good! The wedding outfit looked great and ❤ your marnie!! And OH MY WORD that caddie! Thanks Tania!
@@TheFrenchSeams_vlog Thanks Rachael, that's really good to know. I'll ask you if I get stuck 😂 The caddie is gorgeous, can't bring myself to use it yet, it's so pretty! X
You are well worth all the followers you get as you make lovely, clear and informative videos! Congratulations from Sweden! Loved the wedding guest dress and also all your plans. The last fabric you showed was to die for, so beautiful 🤩
Another great video, as always. The wedding dress is AMAZING. So stunning. The fabric, pattern choice, and fit are so fantastic on you. That caddy is what Tula Pink and quilted bag dreams are made of. Adam is so incredibly talented. I have S8146 but haven’t made it up yet, so I’m eagerly awaiting your thoughts if you’re able to get to it. Brady has an 18” doll so I might make it up for her doll first. The poor girl only has one outfit 😬 I’ve vaguely started planning for a trip Adam and I are taking in October and I know I’m bringing s9740. Like you said, it’s perfect to throw on with sneakers and is so comfortable but feels a little more put together. I guess because it has a collar? I always assume someone wearing a collared anything has their life together 🤷🏻♀️
Hi Erin! Thanks so much, the dress came together just in time - it was a close call! Such awkward photos though haha! I've finished S8146 and will do a vlog on it, pretty straight forward but waist length and fabric choices are key...! I love that thought on the collar, I should wear more collars so I can pretend to have my life together hahaha!
Well done on your 3k subscribers Tania. You have such a smiley personality which comes across and you are very easy to watch. Your wedding outfit is perfect and you were lucky with our Manchester weather....that's something we don't often hear lol. Great plans and all so very different. I hope you get them all done especially the kalle...that will be stunning in that fabric. Have a good sewing week.😊
Thanks Annette, that's really kind of you 😊 I loved Manchester, I haven't been for years and the atmosphere was great! We were so lucky with the weather, it was lovely all weekend. I even managed a quick trip to Abakhan 😆
congratulations on reaching 3K. Looking forward to seeing your holiday makes, especially like the fabric godmother pink/orange fabric, it will make a beautiful blouse or top.
Congrats on hitting 3K Tania, I’m so pleased you love your caddy. They are like my children, I feel very attached to them all before they go to their new adopted owners hehe, love your blouse you are wearing!
Loved your video Tania. I made the Kalle a while ago. I added 2 inches to the length and took out some of the curved hem as it’s very scooped..maybe that’s my age! I used a cotton poplin and I get lots of comments..x
Your choice of fabric really elevated that dress. Thank you for showing and inspiring 🌞
