24 miles in two days - and two insights

I have two insights for you when it comes to challenges and journeys in your life. This is inspired by the last two days where I have walked 12 miles each day in preparation for an upcoming pilgrimage across three countries in Europe.
The actual pilgrimage will be on the Way of Saint James in Spain.
It is a 500 mile walk.
The mental aspect of big adventure is just as important as the physical aspect.
