My late dad used to play instrumental musics everyone before we the children went to bed.
It was in '80.
And this particular tune ...
So engrained in my head & soul.
The surprising fact is ..
I just learnt who the band & the title of the song less than 2 months ago.

practice ..practice ..that's all! And endless hours of listening to GOOD MUSIC! ...trying to recognize the bass lines in the song!
@@efibass Thats true of course..but you know the note you want and can hit it first time! This is a gift that others dont have. I can do it sometimes but then I have eight harp fingers to keep in order... Maybe I need to try the Bass ! I could certainly hear bass lines, and learn them too..but direct from head to string.... Maybe I could. Maybe not. I dont know.
