Yay !, Ellie is finally being treated like a celebrity. People at the office, formally dressed and being deferential. That is what she deserves. It cut us to the heart to see, for so long, the cameras trying to seek you out among the Man City players and you retreated deeper and deeper, away from the glare of publicity. This is where you belong: Right at the top with the best club in the World. You show them.

I still remember when we struggled in La Liga, and the loudest sound at Camp Nou was the half-time din of tin foil opening morosely for our homemade sandwiches. Seeing Roebuck being rolled a red carpet could seem at times so Hollywood, so unreal - but FC Barcelona being now a truly recognised and recognisable global brand, I also feel proud.
