Thought I'd mention I went for a scorpion cat back resonated and with the Piper manifold. It's possibly louder than yours 🤐 hahaha!

Yo bro, pretty nailded video, but i´d like to know which backets do you use? I kinda liked it, but i´m not sure if that ones are allowed to "flip" to let the back seats be more accessable to the back passangers. Cheers bro!

Looks wicked 👌. Did you cut out the diffuser on the other side for the exhaust to come through? At low revs I think this new set up sounds better and throatier
They done the drilling through the maxton diffuser, looks perfect in my opinion 👌 love the much deeper tone at low revs 😍😍

@@Jmncarter 😂😂 tbf I'm glad you said that as each to their own and whatever makes people happy with how they modify their cars ,but it really messes with my ocd when people tint the tailights and they look good and dark etc but leave the bright red reflectors and top brake light as it sticks out like a sore thumb! It's like a woman getting her legs waxed and they only do the shins 😂😂 like erm you missed a bit!
@@Kman75100 hahahha yeah man I totally get that. I mean I've only left the top brake light atm as I'm wanting to replace it and try to change from a bulb to an led strip, similar to what you would see in a newer car. Then tint it but yeah I really need to get on with it lol

I had a performance blue 05 plate and a frozen white 08 plate and I'm totally gutted I didn't keep 1 of them, how much was that exhaust mate wouldn't mind getting something similar for my Focus
The custom exhaust was 550 mate. Not bad in my eyes due to all the custom work needed. Defo should have kept one of the mk6's man

Sounds great! in my opinion a lot better than it did with the miltek even though it sounded good then as well.
Have you installed a manifold yet mate or still have the original manifold on exhaust looks sweet tho mate 🔥💥💯

Great video mate. One thing that was particularly interesting to me and not necessarily connected to the exhaust was the fact that 8:42 your temp. gage is at dead 90deg. However a few moments later when driving it a bit harder your temp gauge drops to just a bit above the second mark. (That would be around 82deg). Mine does the exact same and I've been a bit worried about that. Do you have any idea whether this is due to a bad thermostat or something else?

82 deg celsius, is still at the middle of the temp gauge. at anything below 80 it would visibly drop, but at anything between 80 and 105 (maybe higher, but the fan kicks in at 105) it should be fine. If it drops lower than the normal thermostat level, check the temps with a odb 2 meter, chances are you're thermostat is fucked. If it helps, a normal st will do 80 degrees if it's 10 degrees celsius outside, with the thermostat stuck open. It will never get on temp when it's lower than 10 degrees outside, unless you're standing still and let it idle. and yes I know this from experience lol.

@@Jmncarter oh wow that's huge. Just looking to get a custom backbox for my set up and got the choice of 3.5" or 4" in a slash cut Tokyo style tip. 3.5 is a safe bet but wonder if 4 will look more aggressive. But then worry that is very little space between the exhaust and Diffuser and don't want to melt it. Has yours melted it at all as I assume it's touching the diffuser?
@@DriveWithAndy na mines fine mate. Fits in the maxton diffuser perfectly. Personally for you I'd choose 4 inch. Be nice and aggressive then 👍
@@Jmncarter IL see how it does. Guess which ever I choose it wouldn't be too bad to just change the tip in the future. The exhaust place reccomends 3.5 as 4 may look too big lol. Thanks for the replies
