@@CookingWithChefAsok chef.. app ne basic miss kiye or choti choti galtiya ki all though I understand sab ki apni recipy hoti hai .. 1) for best result app ko lohe hi chikni kadhai leni chahiye .... 2) khatas ke liye kaddu me humesha amchul ya amchur ka use kiya jata hai ... 3) kadu ki sabji me basic masale me sirf haldi, laal mirch(optional), aamchur or kasturi methi jati hai bas 4) kadhi patta is big no 5) kadu dheemi aanch me pakta hai isme pani nahi padta kam se kam starting stage me to bilkul bhi nahi padta ise se iska texture ata hai 6) tamamter and tamrind is big no in kaddu ki sabji 7) app ne kadu ka fal immuture liya it was baby sita fal ise accha flavour utna khil ke nahi aye ga ...8) kaddu ko starting me sirf haldi or namak me hi pakate hai pake ke kinare ane pe thoda sa pani dalte hai usko latpata karne ke liye uske baad gud is stage pe dala jata hai pehle jale ge to it sabzi ko acche se pakne nahi dega .... kaddu paken ke baad usme upar se amm choor, kasturi methi, kala namak thoda ka or heeng ka pani haal ke bina karchi hilaye dhak ke chor dete hai 20 min ke liye uske baad palte me mix karte hai palte se 9) tempring me iski tej patta or meti ke alawa kuch nahi jata .. ka sauf chahe to thodi si daal sakte hai ... ise humari palat ko diffrent flavour milta hai jo ki usal jeera or dhaniya se thoda alag hota hai or uski wajha se bhi hume kadu or tasty lagta hai ....
