Carbon brushes it was. Was a lot of carbon deposit. Clean up the brushes because they weren't that much worn out. Cleaned the rotor with some fine sand paper. Works like new. Thanks a lot. Cheers

Good video, the genuine brushes also have a L or R stamped onto the black casing to denote Left or Right fitment, but some of our motors can use either type of brush and use the corresponding fitment holes to locate. 👍🏽

First of all, many Thanks for the great video & explanation! 👍🏼 Unfortunately, the head of the two big screws/bolts broke off during the removal process... 😒 Therefore, I’m not able to remove the motor by now... Do you think there is any way out of this situation? Does anybody have an idea?
Thank you! Can I ask what could possibly have with an F2 error code? It is a koerting KWA 82125 model but it looks identical with the one in this video. Any ideas? The manual itself, has all other codes but not an F2 - strange!

I've taken the motor out of my WS 44122, checked the tacho and magnet, the connections, and the brushes. All seem to be in working order. If anyone has any idea what to check next I'd be very grateful.
Just got this problem on model W7623L and this video was helpful. I cleaned up carbon brushes and now everyrhing is working fine. Thanks!

Thank you. I pulled a spring. It works. Now I have two weeks to buy new brushes. Wife is happy. ;) Happy wife happy Familliy.

I would take off the printed circuit board and inspect it for any blown diodes or triacks
