Duncan Toys,
Love how diverse this list is! Goes to show Josh has been in the game longer than some Yoyoers have been alive. Had so much fun watching this one.
Hi
Soooo glad you added the Lou Yi Chen's suicide. I totally agree with #1. That was the only trick i thought of that could be #1 haha
I come back and watch this freestyle so often XD
fun fact, luo yi chen also went and started learning music after leaving yoyoing as a profession
this is luo yicheng's profile on the website that he is now more active on: t.bilibili.com/448508002905149479?tab=2
Josh out here making videos that hits all the feels
+1
I'd never even heard of that Jason Gallagher routine before, that is WILD
also, I'm really glad #1 was featured. It was the first trick I thought of when I saw the title of the video, but I forgot about it by the time I reached the end, so it was a pleasant surprise hahaha
I think I low key wanted to make this video for the sole purpose of exposing more people to Yuwas trick XD
@@JYee this was exactly my thought watching this too. I kept thinking it was coming every trick.
Can't believe I'd never seen the Jason Gallagher and Yuwa clips thank you
In 2006, I did a backflip off a wall while isolating the yoyo, sort of like a full body Mach 5. I didn't think anyone would care that much, but everyone rated my trick as the best one and I won Lucky Meisenheimer's 15 seconds of fame trophy. It's funny how a trick that requires no yoyo skill can rank so highly in people's minds.
Ricardo Marechal is a Taekwondo fighter, with several titles in the fight! so such elasticity and precision in the trick with the foot!
As a 5a guy, it makes me happy that the #1 is a 5a trick, and I have a hard time disagreeing with Josh’s evaluation. 5a is hard, 3a is harder, and doing both simultaneously is absurd. Loved the other tricks on the list too.
Great video. Would be good to see a version of this for each division
This was a real treat to watch. Thank you!
And I was SO stoked to see Swordancer. Him landing it at worlds is a pivotal memory for me, haha. And just the fact that he hit it during it's freestyle debut is just incredible.
can you make a second one with more this was great content i feel like eiji full arm grind and other great moments make a top 100 favorites or something
My favorites is you is me Curtis teacher I love it you teach me today
super cool content bro!
#9 is the kind of thing I signed up for in this community :p
I couldn't agree more with this list.
Finally got around to watching these. This was insane, all of these were so sick! My favs was probably #2 and #9 (which made me lol)!
Great video Josh! I think #6 blew me away the most
Another great video! Love the content you are putting up. Well thought out & planned.
WE LOVE JAYOOOOOO
No doubt fantastic breakdown
I was on stage left when Kevin Nicholas did that stuff at CalStates but I missed it because I was running the music. That guy has to be a contortionist!
When you said "japan nationals 2017", i knew excatly what you were going to say
Great content Josh
I was there at JN 2017, and witnessed the trick (right in front of me).
I didnt know your channel existed
Great vid!
Omg dope video 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hat tricks are against the national yoyo rules for 1a now huh as they are considered a "prop" besides the yoyo and string?... Oh and the chair stand stuff... dang
Sean perez never failed that trick in every Philippine nationals
First I guess
Can i have one of your yoyos please 🥺
lmao no, ask your parents to buy you one
Augie is a yoyo god
Great list. WAY TOO MUCH commentary. Just give specific details and show the trick.
I thought about doing a quick showing but there's a lot of yoyo history geeks out there who want more specifics so I decided to load as much info as I can. Plus as an educator myself I can't help but say as much as possible haha.
