- I walk you through how these flame throwers were installed on this 2014 Harley Davidson Road King. These can shoot flames out of the tailpipe about 6 feet back. Every bike is a bit different. Drop me a comment if you need some insight on installing this kit on your bike. Also shoot me a comment if there is anything else you need on the bike that you want information about. I try to get innovative with my installation of custom parts. This bike also has full air ride, digital gauges, LED lights all the way around from Custom Dynamics. 16" Carlini Gangster Apes. The custom stretched tank was hand fabricated and by Matt Lee of InDepth Customs formerly in Denton TX but now in Garland TX. The Front wheel is a 26" Dirty Hooker by SMT Machining. The bolt on neck rake kit came from MC Baggers. the front and rear fenders came from KlockWerks.

Hey man, I like the way you have this ran. 3 questions if you don't mind.
1) do you have this ran the way hotlicks suggests? Cuz if so, that cuts power to the motor, & overtime, as 1 might assume, would likely cause the motor 2 run shitty, throw codes, etc.
2.) You said you can run this system while going down the road (moving). How does that affect the performance of the bike? Do you
Have to feather it on & off so the bike can keep up? I'd actually thoroughly like to see a bike do this, because that's how I'm trying to run mine while moving.
3.) What length lines did you run? I'm assuming it was 3 different 1s. 1 from the tank to the T. & 1 length to the front exhaust, & 1 length to the rear.

I have the same mega flame kit but i cant get any flames with the .028 nozzles installed. any advise on how to get it to light? I have spark but i just have a pool of fuel dripping out the pipes. Im going to try a smaller jet but any help or tips are a big help.

You need a gas supply line, gasoline solenoid, T fitting to go to the fuel lines that connect to the mufflerz

where did you get your flame thrower from?
Where did you get the power source from? Meaning is the power wire from the horn your source of power?
Great question. The power come from a relay that is connected to the horn button. In other words when the horn button is pressed it activates the relay [a relay is a switch) in which it activates the flames. Hope that makes sense and helps.

What size spray nozzle
Good question. Each set up is different depending on how far away from eachother the spark plugs are feom the spray nozzle. I will have to look to see what i bought. I know i bought 3 different sizes and test all 3 to see which worked the best.
CRUDE OIL GARAGE I’m doing single out side and spark plug about 6inches from tip.
I used the NOS Precision stainless steel flare jet made for gasoline. I tried both sized 0.025 and 0.028. Both worked but gave different results. The 0.028 is whag i am using now.
