A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE ASKING about the software I used to get my center red dot at the end of the video!
I got the first one I could find on STEAM. It's called Crosshair V2 and it's completely free to use!
PLEASE USE THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I HAVE SEEN MIXED views on this from the community and CMs! Using ones like mine as of now will NOT get you or your account punished. But I cannot guarantee all 3rd party softwares will avoid cheat detection or FUTURE TOS change. Please stay updated on this and shoot me a message if things change! Thank you guys!
I don't think Embark is checking it, but please note that using third party crosshairs is officially deemed as cheating and bannable by Embark. There's a video from youtuber "Ruins" titled "The Finals' Still Broken Sights" that show clipped images from Embark community managers clarifying that it can get you banned.
@@AMVaddictionist I would have to double check but I believe a month ago Embark addressed this and said 3rd party CROSSHAIR software specifically is allowed and was WRONGFULLY getting players banned. I would have to go back and find their official statement but I remember this because it happened right around a big tournament me and some buds were in! As I mentioned in the video this is a hot topic Im sure embark will address more in the future. Thanks though!
@@GravityDrop No, I have checked the discord messages from devs and they say it isn't encouraged and is banneable
no embark dev has ever said that, only CMs which are not official embark employees and only moderate a discord/reddit, the TOS itself does not specify anything in regards to crosshair overlays@@alandelimelette

Myth: you can put a shield on a chair and use it as a riot shield.
myth: A 1 health Mesh Shield will still block the full damage of any impact
Why is it 32768 DMG when you fall through the map? Myth: that's the maximum damage you can do in the game?
That’s how many people have died fr falling off the map I’m pretty sure

it's the biggest number that 32 bit signed integer can hold
thought i would add some depth as a mathematician : 32768 is an odious number, because the sum of its binary digits is odd. The sum of its prime factors is 30 (or 2 counting only the distinct ones). The product of its digits is 2016, while the sum is 26. The square root of 32768 is about 181.0193359838.

i have an idea of something to replace mythbusting mondays when there are no myths left. (if that ever happens) you could do 'challenge tuesdays' (name is up for changing) where people give you challenges to complete instead of myths. e.g: 'get a team wipe with a turret'

Myth: Player characters can spread fire by being on fire.
Myth: If you defib flying/thrown statue of your teammate, they keep the momentum after being sesurrected.
It's actually really interesting that goo'd mines create seperated goo with physics, I think that can even be used to destroy buildings, since separated walls, or in general building pieces with goo attached to them, can become incredibly volatile.
Myth: Can that mine-goo-creation (thrown mine, goo'd mid-air) be used to destroy structures?

Hello! This sounds super interesting but Im a little curious as to what exactly you mean? Are you implying to somehow set off the mine once it's trapped in the goo? Another follow up myth could also be if that mine-goo-creation can bounce on jumppads, i somehow doubt it but curious. You could potentially laugh goo mines at somebody if you set up an angled jumppad and goo the mines above it... again niche but kinda fun
I'm also curious to know if a mine allows goo to form around other objects which would normally bounce goo off. Like attaching it to any throwable object or onto the wrecking ball from the crane.
@@GravityDrop similar to how if you goo a detached barricade, you can break walls and buildings just by gooing that barricade. I think he wants to see if that would work with the mine goo.
4:55 Just don't attack with riot shield when running over the mines. It works because the shield hitbox extends downwards. And the shield moves up when you attack. Also, if you make the shield fully cover you from the explosion source, you will not take damage

So many good myths this week! Being able to headbutt the vault box farther than you can throw it is absolutely hilarious! And I’d heard about riot shields countering mines, but I didn’t realize you could just walk over them like they weren’t there!! Wild stuff. Great content GD!
Thought I’d throw another potential myth into the mix too:
Can you shoot and explode throwable grenades/CL-40 grenades mid-flight?
Myth: You can obtain the "kill an enemy while emoting" achievement from friendly fire kills
Myth: The minesweeper effect of the riot shield works with abilities (moving dome shield, thrown APS, and probably more)
Myth: you can block shots with the riot shield while inspecting it.
as a riot shield main, unfortunately not

myth: you can place mines on all jumppads by putting goo above the jumppad, placing mines on the goo, and destroying the goo
apex legends makes the reticle sway 1000x worse. It's a common thing in the high-level apex community to do everything possible to reduce visual clutter because of how much of it there is.

Myth: You can cloak enemies with the vanish bomb, not just your teammates.
Myth: RPG, C4, mine etc, their damage to buildings count towards the experience to unlock skins at the end of the game
myth: for the throwing card skins (52 pickup), there's specific cards that accounts obtain and play, example; i only have the ace and the queen, never played with the 5 or the joker card
I believe it switches throughout as you play. In my gameplay my Skin cycles between all those cards inbetween and after animations? Is this not normal?

Myth: Attaching an APS to a flower pot (or any carryable object) will make it so that if currently being held, it'll block friendly projectiles (goo gun shots).
So I actually ran into this today, a friend of mine was holding an object with an aps on it and my goo shots would bounce off of the radius of the aps. Kinds like it would on an enemy mesh shield or dome. This only happened when he was holding it...
I am curious tho if it would bounce other friendly projectiles... such as nades or a rocket or domeshield or basically any projectiles.

The cross hair myth is crazy, it explains so many shots I've checked in slow motion that show me dead on
yeah this was a big eye opener for me. Lowkey I wanna see how deadly I can be with the sniper and other guns using the center dotmy last video I was fragging using the default crosshair. Crazy how big a difference it makes! Im sure this will be tweaked in the future tho!

You can sit still on any floor right below the cashout during orbital lasers and bring the cashout to lower floors while keeping other teams wary of getting damaged be the orbital laser.
Myth: You can block a direct rocket laucher with a riot shield, I've it before but was sure if the hit box didn't connect or I truly blocked it
Myth if you disconnect from a ranked match without leaving the match and your team wins you still loose ranked points.
Not exactly a myth, but interestingly the only way to destroy a large tree stump is by throwing a canister at it

Oh cool, I remembered in the beta people were getting banned for the dot overlay. Never heard about them encouraging it
Notes that will help u mess around: the little elavator thing that is on one of the edges of the map that sometimes a vault spawns on (its more of a lifting platform) if u make it move down it pushes u under the map. Mess around!
Myth: You can phase under the floor by using goo on the lowest floors ramp in the Las Vegas parking garage.
I am certain this one works I just don't know how, I can't repeat it.
Myth: some big cosmetics can clip through walls (for example the dress skin from the battle pass)
Myth: you can shoot goo at someone and quickly light it on fire with the flame thrower to damage an enemy.
(teammate might have to light it on fire)

The game randomly chooses a winner, it doesn't matter who was last or who did the best
thats already true, the winner is determined by their spot on the leaderboard you see in the top left, and if one team ties with another, the newer team gets on top despite having the same amount of cash
Myth: you can box in the cashout with goo so that stealing it becomes impossible
myth: edging while in-game will create a huge cream ball

Firing a rocket launcher comes out your forehead. But weirdly if you stand right next to a barricade, the rocket will go still connect and blow up rather than going over it (even if you aim the launcher just over the barricade too!

Another small RUclipsr who is named konium is a riot shield main and he found out about the Riot shield glitch that allows to disable mines. If they are below you and you ads at the mine and walk over it the mine will vanish.
It definitely FEELS like a glitch. Interesting!

on the crosshair thing not matching where the bullets go, this has been a thing in battlefield games for ages and its funny to see the cycle of new DICE/embark game releases > people notice it > it gets patched out or weakened in some way > repeat
it still plagues battlefield 1 heavily, unfortunately. dont know why they keep making this same exact mistake ever since bf3/4

Been using my monitor's built in "red dot" since day 2 of beta
dont use one personally but really should. Shotguns and sniper is unplayable w out center dot IMO

That crosshair thing is a big deal. Thankfully my monitor has a built in crosshair so i just use that without worry of anticheat causing problems.

Last I checked, Embark DISCOURAGES use of third party crosshair software. Unless it’s a built in feature of your monitor, don’t use it.

I beleave a part of you is above it becouse of the bugged hitbox( like how a canister can’t trigger it) but if you angle yourself write you will hit the mine
Its buggy. I think it has to do with the riot shield hitbox somehow blocking the mine from detecting you and it will sometimes still blow up but for the most part it works.
You are are actually straight up lying wtf. Since when have the devs encouraged third party crosshair??? Quote from Embarks own website: "The use of any and all third party software to give you an unfair advantage, including crosshairs and macros, can have you banned."

Hey man genuinely appreciate that input!! I actually ended up recording the audio for this at 730am! A mistake I do not intend to make again😅I was super busy and thought if I drank enough water I could pull it off but definitely wasnt super happy with how the beginning was paced! A lot of times by the end of the video I am at a quicker and more engaging pace. Thank you! Always improving my content! I am not the kind of person to accept anything but the best.
