Charly thank you so much for these videos, I'm coming to the end of my training so looking for locum jobs, and I know the way my current dentist works is not like others (im in a private practice) so these are really helpful x
Due to cross infection issues you are actually not supposed to touch the GI material and roll it into a ball regardless of whether you just put on a fresh set of gloves. The material should not make contact with more surfaces than necessary.
Hi Charly, thank you so much for these videos that are related to dental nursing. I would love to see more videos relating to dental nursing as i am a new trainee dental nurse. Your videos has helped me a lot!
Til Sth hey! Aw thank you so much! My channel is mainly dental now I don’t plan on doing any other videos other than dental ones :) glad I can help!! X
Love how detailed your videos are. I want to start a career in dental nursing but there’s no colleges that does it in my area. Do you know any other ways to get in to it? Thanks
Rabz Sh ah thank you :) you can do online courses, the best way to get into it is to apply for jobs (apprenticeships)-indeed has quite a lot! and usually the work place will sort it out for you :)
Thank you for the video!! Could you please make one about make up, if you were any at work, if you put on perfume as some patients might not like it? Thank you xxx
95s I would say any experience that you have in the dental field and if you don’t then use anything re working with people and being a team player :) also working well with another person as nursing is just working the dentist :)
Been about two years since I was a dental nurse but with the stringy saliva bit in the spittoon I used to lift it out then use the suction to get rid of it 😂
CharlysLife it’s so weird because I’m just about to go back into dental nursing so I’ve been watching all your videos but I’ve also recently started acting classes 😂 good luck with everything I hope you do really well 😊
Laura Thomas it’s par of PPE so it’s better that you do (apart from check ups ) but I’m asking my practice to get hypo allergenic masks as I can’t wear the normal ones
Thank you for this video I’m currently a trainee dental nurse and really great to see some tips and tricks. Love your channel
Kara McFarlane ahh thanks so much!! 😊😊
