That is the best tie fighter version ever made. I've been buying these up lately. I have about 10 now. I wish I would've got the tie interceptor from Amazon a few yrs ago, they cost too much now. I hope Hasbro rereleases those. I need to get some of those. I hope Hasbro releases the interceptor from Rebels, the tri winged one that Hera flew. Also the new red tie interceptor that Major Vonregg flies in Resistance.
Another TIE fighter collector!!! Me too. Your set up looks fantastic. Do you have any vintage TIES in your collection? I think I prefer the Solo TIE to the vintage one mainly because of that awesome battle damage feature, but this on is also awesome. Great review as always

Adrian the packaging is worth the cost of the product alone. Awesome packaging. I got the Force Awakens when it came out but this is other class. Incredibly this beats my black series 6 inch special forces tie. This has just taken pole position on my to buy list
The smaller background pieces are from The Cardboard Galaxy on EBay. The two large ones on the right and left are from my Hot Toys 1/6 scale Darth Vaders. Thanks.
i think the jets on the ejection seat are maybe the same sort of jets escape pods have to guide them in space, but i’m sure if he were going full speed in an atomospjere there would be a parachute

Sometimes it better to wait for certain items to drop in price.
I couldn't find them for $20. I've been buying them for $35 off of ebay, a better price than Walmart's original price of $78.

For my imperial shelf I would go with the solo tie, plus it's cheaper and leaves more room on the shelf for other imperial vehicles.
Who else has a broken wing latch, by just having it sit on a shelf?
