After I had found out about this doll,I immediately bought it,I got her late February and made her a boy,I plan on changing his body as well but this is my first authentic doll and I’m very happy with him❤
Hi Tori. Guess what I did earlier today???? Yep, I changed a Berenger over to a new body. I bought the body from Bountiful Baby, which comes with zip ties. You did such a good job. I get it, I want to do another one!!! LOL. Her outfit is super cute. Can't wait to see what you name her.

Hi Tori! I came back to watch this video for a second time because I've been wanting to modify one of these dolls ever since I first saw this, and my doll is arriving today! I'm super excited! I love Berenguer dolls and haven't had one in years! I plan to feature the baby and process on my channel and maybe ask viewers to participate in choosing gender and name! Thanks for the inspiration!
I use a funnel when pouring the glass beads. It really helps with waste.

When you put the weighting toward the back of the head it causes the head to want to fall back all the time after you put the head on the body so it’s best to turn the head face down, add the weighting material then put the stuffing toward the back of the head so the head will tip forward when you put her together. Just a tip you might find helpful. She came out really cute!
Thanks for the tip! I actually prefer the weight to be at the back of the head for the dolls that are a newborn size like her. Shes weighted almost perfectly!

I have a large Pyrex mixing bowl that I pour the glass beads into the socks over, that way anything that escapes my efforts gets caught in the bowl. Got the bowl at a charity thrift store, so it was not very expensive.

Omgosh she turned out great !!❤❤ I want to re do my ashton drake doll I'm still looking for the body tho ans cannot find 1/4 limb arms and full legs!! I think I'll have to but 2 and custom it myself. She also has amateurs. Have you done those before . That will be a challenge but doable. I do like the makeover videos as well!!❤❤😊😊

I love Berenguer dolls! I have several reborned by LaDonna Briggs. I just got a Lily from her today and she is gorgeous. Of course, none of my LaDonna dolls would be considered super afforadable tho. I would really like to try my hand at making my own and I think the doll that you got is absolutely adorable! 🥰🥰🥰
She does beautiful work on reborning berenguers! I’ve never tried to add paint to a Berenguer before but I do love to customize them with new weighting and cloth bodies!
@@TorisRebornBabies I just had a doll buying frenzy (bought 3 lol) so after a bit I will get the little Asian doll that you got and get her a new body and all that. I am not comfortable with trying to paint them tho.

My first reborn was a Berenguer baby. I changed her limbs to 3/4 and they were painted by someone and then I rooted hair and named her Chloe I miss her. I gave her to a friend.

Hi! I am purchasing the boy doll like this that has a slightly open mouth and blue eyes, 20 inches, and 1/4 limbs. I noticed you mentioned in your video that the original cloth body (torso) may be longer than the one you purchased to use for it. I will probably be putting my doll on a new cloth body as well. Do you think that the 20-inch was a good fit, or do you think the 22-inch would be better? Thank you 😊
