The feedback are good for Vesrah Break pads in terms of Effectiveness in breaking, noise and life. But bite is not as good as sintered one.

The change of disc pad for Himalayan 450 is recommended only when there is an urgency and there is no pads available. Otherwise please go ahead with fully sintered atleast semi sintered one.
Bajaj Pulsar 220 pads will available at any auto spare parts shop.

Semi sintered brake pads also available in the market which also a good option. However it is better to go with stock setup or company recommendation. Cheaper solutions recommend only in emergency situations.
