You gotta love a DCB going scorched earth like this on the water. As an avid boater where I was driving my parents boats when I was 12 and owned multiple boats of every vintage and power over the years I can say that the footage of them literally passing wake surf and pontoon boats at a 100 mph spread made me pucker up a bit. There could have been soooo many bad outcomes early on in this video. That said, wicked boat, wicked power and good job by the driver, Gandalf the great!
That was off the charts cool. Dave gave me and my kids a fast ride at Powell (my lovely wife was too scared to go) we got up to 150 and my daughter fainted. Scary fast, but Dave is an ace behind the wheel.
This is insane! I would love to experience that. I am a River Rat and go on Havasu with my Waverunner, but grew up going there with my dad in a little $500 bass boat we stripped and completely built the interior up when I was like 8. Did most of the cutting with a jigsaw at that age. Fun memories. I can go 65 on my ski and that feels fast, I can't imagine going 135+ on the water. Done 133 many many times on land while working, but on the water is something else!
Ken Fung are you kidding? Look at the amount of wheel and throttle input/correction being made. The man knows his stuff. Very impressive and a hugely fast boat.
Damn I just noticed that Ken Fucking idiot tried to make himself look like he knows what he is talking about. Yeah them boats are not easy to drive. Guess Ken has never seen the video of the guy with a load of people in his boat and then they all get slammed around and Simi injured. That old man has to keep a eye on the other boat's and adjust the throttle and drive it. And I'd say much more that I'm leaving out. He is doing one hell of a job. Got to love the people that think o that's easy. I'm no master at them myself but I've grown up in 455 olds fiberglass jet boats that were a chore to handle. In my opinion anything over 60 mph on water it gets tough to keep a straight line and look for wakes and logs and other shit. 112 mph is the fastest I've been on water. And well yeah that's moving. I couldn't imagine how it feels to be cruising like he is.
Hes messing with the trim and tabs the whole time to get that boat to plane right. Just like getting traction to the ground in a car, take a lot of finesse.
I love hearing and seeing the other boat with them Gone Again flying across Tahoe with a big ol roost behind it would be so fun to go for a ride like that
My goodness, what the hell was the wakeboard boat doing out in the middle of the lake for this PokerRun? That how an accident happened at Lake Cumberland about 10 yrs ago, great video guys
I noticed that as well. Looked like a ski boat from what I could tell and the driver probably had to change his shorts after being passed at 120+ mph while plunking along at 25/30. 😆🚤
When 100 mph feels like your walking you were hauling ass ! The other boat only thought he was fast getting left behind running 140 mph is wicked fast !
Oh man i don't know who the driver is but i do know that he drives the fuck out of this boat !! Awesome boat that i would call: a BAD BOY !!! Very nice clip !!
The fastest I've ever been on the water was 82mph (GPS) on my built RXP with bigger s/c head and bottom end built etc. And that was pretty gnarly...the fastest ever in a boat was probably mid high 70's in a 92 fountain and THAT felt sketchy unless it was on glass...THIS IS just fking AWESOME... I'D be shitting bricks and laughing uncontrollably doing 160mph ON WATER in a boat anyone can buy straight from the factory...I remember when Apache's being able to do 90-100 mph was considered where the bar was set. Then 130mph for a stock, factory built boat was considered a whole new level....NOW you have these outerlimits, mti etc. that do 150+++ NO problem. I REALLY need to get a ride on one of these badboys
I wouldn't be surprised if this thing could hit 180+ on a glassy day, no winds...it's got 3100hp... mti's with 2700 are running 170 all day. GPS speeds
Open it up boys. I'm no boat racer but I've been behind the wheel while travelling 80+ mph to my favorite fishing hole in a boat a lot smaller than that one. I'd give my left testicular to be behind the wheel of this beast. The water was rough as hell. I wouldve assumed a boat of that size would cut the chop better than it does. Is blowout an issue on this style rig? I'd say it's heavy enough in the ass to keep the prop buried enough that blowout couldn't happen unless it was an extreme circumstance
Wouldn't take any of the "bumps" out. Lol. A gimbal just levels a platform. It would just make it impossible to control the boat b/c your seat would be constantly moving on a different plane than the helm station controls. You'd have to go with a Shockwave® system, which incorporates the console, helmstation and seating into one suspended and dampened system. Pretty amazing technology. Not sure it would work in this application.
LAAAATE!!! That got me so pumped up. I've been on a fishing boat once and to the river one time. I don't know how I came across this video. But, oh my fricken gosh. I loved it! Thats now on my bucket list. Ride in a boat like that, just cruising at 100 mph, in a poker run. I don't even know the rules. I had to comment before I look them up. That looks tough! WOW. I probably going to dream about this video tonight. Great video. Just gained a new subscriber.
Jay W if you liked that. Check out videos titled, Southern 80 or Bridge To Bridge. Hellraiser Southern 80. An open class waterski boat will do twice the speed of this and then some.
In the beginning I thought: He guys use the boat! But later...... 155...yeah, that is what the machines are made for. Fatastic! But I wonder, why do these have no shock absorbing seats?
And bye bye helios. Thanks for the ride. That was just way to fucking awesome! That man is one hell of a driver. He has been doing this for some time now. He was just as cool as a cucumber in the fridge on a mid August. Damn what a run. Was he the first one to that point?
The boats that are on the water during the poker run are all there knowing we're coming. Notice that everyone on all those boats have their phones out recording. They're all aware of what they're doing and at those speeds it's not possible to "go around" them.
Stock did it run the twin 1350=2700hp? An extra 400 is absolute bonkers. That thing must accelerate like a freaking banshee screaming straight outta heLL
This DCB has a 250 gal. tank and I think it has twin 1550 HP engines. I don't know about the consumption but I hope those numbers help to give you an idea. Peace
I have my life jacket on just watching this..
hahaha!!

When you're out with the family wake-boarding and someone doing 115 MPH blows by 20 feel from your boat - 5:04
Crazystuffyousee that was fuckin nuts
Magoooooo, wow. This is David, Franko's Friend. You fixed our radio in our Can Am. WOW, What an amazing video!!
That dude driving the boat was amazing. He stepped it up towards the end. If I was on that boat with him, I would've shit my pants.
At first I thought this would be boring. Then warp speed kicked in. What a heck of a ride for me and kudos to the driver.
That was off the charts cool. Dave gave me and my kids a fast ride at Powell (my lovely wife was too scared to go) we got up to 150 and my daughter fainted. Scary fast, but Dave is an ace behind the wheel.
Think I've watched this 75 times ! I think this video and the one of the 388 Skater in NY are probably two of the best poker run videos on RUclips
What a great video. I felt like i was riding along. Great boat handling.
Me too!
That's insane man, 150+mph. Smiling all through vid.

Wow 159 mph on the water that’s just flat getting it talk about hauling the mail again WOW !!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪
I would absolutely love to be in that what a Frickin AWESOME ride
Give me a call Dave... 805 223 6805 I could make that happen
The ol man knows what he is doing. I give him much respect.
Driving cats arent hard point and shoot. Do it in a deep V working the sticks then we're talking

@@csllover I'm glad you commented on this bc I had no idea that the moron had even commented on this. Thanks. You made a valid point as well.
Hes messing with the trim and tabs the whole time to get that boat to plane right. Just like getting traction to the ground in a car, take a lot of finesse.
That’s awesome I love watching the guys catch up and fade away when you really let her eat awesome before!!!!
Incredible. Love being able to see the gps speed!
I love hearing and seeing the other boat with them Gone Again flying across Tahoe with a big ol roost behind it would be so fun to go for a ride like that
What a cool video. Love seeing this when we're out on the water
Man, that baby cooks - good thing they had pretty smooth water at those speeds !!
all the respect for the pilot and co pilot for their control ...
Thanks for the Ride! Great Times.
That was a fun ride. I wish you could set the camera up from the back and looking forward so we could even get a better feel of the speed.
Crazy how much traffic was on the course and how rough the water was. Nice run beautiful boat Mr. Magoo
ColeTrickle13 yah it was pretty choppy out there that weekend specially Saturday when we went out there
This is one of the last great sports left in America
Clearly you’ve never been to LOTO. Best lake in the country.
Ha I have a place on the 18mm at LOTO, it is indeed the best lake.
Adam Aylsworth misread. I thought you said spots instead of sports.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
So...their hats stayed on. Amazing.
Love to see a top bottom split screen of this. See that stuff coming at you at 159 Mph.
Crazy ride man loved every minute of this
The turbo Spool !!!! Never gets old
My goodness, what the hell was the wakeboard boat doing out in the middle of the lake for this PokerRun? That how an accident happened at Lake Cumberland about 10 yrs ago, great video guys
Great footage & amazing boat!
159mph! 😯 Holy mother of Mary! 10:50
That’s just BANANA’S LOL love it !!!
Great run! Lots of traffic close call at 5:06! Nice driving!
I noticed that as well. Looked like a ski boat from what I could tell and the driver probably had to change his shorts after being passed at 120+ mph while plunking along at 25/30. 😆🚤
Crazy - dude takes off the cans and stands up while they're STILL going 60 MPH! Wicked.
I’d like to see the fuel gauge along with the speedometer.
Fastest I’ve ever been in a boat is around 85 mph. 159 is bonkers!
No joke that things probably getting .25mpg lol
Look up Spirit of Qatar doing 244 at LOTO. insane!
When 100 mph feels like your walking you were hauling ass ! The other boat only thought he was fast getting left behind running 140 mph is wicked fast !
OMG, absolutely awesome !!!
Mr Dave magoo you sir are a certified badass. 🇺🇸👌
Oh man i don't know who the driver is but i do know that he drives the fuck out of this boat !! Awesome boat that i would call: a BAD BOY !!! Very nice clip !!
River poker runs seem sketchy for sure, there was a lot of slow boat traffic at the beginning. Looked awesome though...cruising at 140-150mph...
@anonymous they really don't throw that big a wake at those speeds because there isn't much of the hull in the water.
Awsome Ride !. It would be a good idea to check the mounts on the port side seat, things a bit loooose...
That's the starboard side.
Port and left both have four ( letters )
Starboard and right both have more ( letters )
Coolest video on RUclips!

Oh hell yea!!! That's what I'm talking about. No guts no glory.
4:48 is the first time he hammers down. Wasn't impressed until 4:48 and holy freakin Moses!! !!! Unreal!!!
Ha Ha ! @4:19 they start leaving the choppers behind!!
Wow, this boat is 160 mph capable. Niiiice!!!
alamos8 no. The speedo is. The boat is not!
Jayson Australia boat is very well capable of 160+
I wouldn't be surprised if this thing could hit 180+ on a glassy day, no winds...it's got 3100hp... mti's with 2700 are running 170 all day. GPS speeds
And the 50 foot Mystic, Spirit of Qatar hit 244mph with twin turbines.
BAD ASS!!! Nice driving too! 👌
These guys out here doing autobahn speeds in there boats, God damn... 159mph is crazy stuff on water and im betting it had more in it
Doing 150 on water and controlling it like that ol man did was just fucking skill.
Open it up boys. I'm no boat racer but I've been behind the wheel while travelling 80+ mph to my favorite fishing hole in a boat a lot smaller than that one. Casey Foster these can definitely flip if trimmed wrong at high speeds
Stay on paw paw. That's what I'd be screaming.
Wow you gents have a fair set of coconuts. She sits beautiful at 150 +. Bit difficult to drink yr beer at that speed though.
I watch this at least once a week :) spectator boats should not be allowed in my opinion, EMS boats only.
Yes I understand I,ve watched it a couple of times and mi like !!
158 ! That's frikin crazy...
U damnright, i was thinking the same thing 160 mph on water ? WOW what a ride !!
That Guy got balls !!! 👍👍👍
Buen vídeo, carreras marítima
Nothing short of Incredible👍👍👍
Damn good run!! Cheers!!
We want to see a forward facing video on the way back now.
that is fucking insane! i wanna sit in one of the extra 4 seats lol
Anyone else notice that the brown boat on screen right that blows past them at the 4m mark disappears ahead never to be caught again??? WOW
It takes longer to refuel the Boat than it does to make the Run down the River.....
waa loop
He really dropped the hammers at the end, nice ride
yes he has to warm the whole ocean first so the engine gets the correct operating temperature
Water gets smoother towards the end. Less traffic better water.
I wish i was there in the boat :(
Ol boy gets to twistin her tail, co pilot turns white, love it!
Wouahhhh...I love it !!! ;-)
Don't know Dave Magoo. But he moved up in my books
grandad rocks!! GZ! What a beautiful run!
This is badass
Thats so cool ! jealous
Sweet boat.
Get some custom seats that are mounted on a gimbal so you don't feel any of the bumps.
Wouldn't take any of the "bumps" out. Lol. A gimbal just levels a platform. I think he means air ride seats
Holy freekin boat race batman. Where else can one cruise at blistering 150mph, other than an airplane?
Awesome Dave, Going Banana's

Cool video !! Been in boat racing my entire life .. Never went over a 100 miles per hour . How fast can your rig really go??? from Captain James
James Walters 175+
Don Johnson likes this video!
In the beginning I thought: He guys use the boat! But later...... 155...yeah, that is what the machines are made for. Fatastic! But I wonder, why do these have no shock absorbing seats?
Totally awesome
Epic drive!
Music to my ears !!!
AWAOME !
And bye bye helios. Thanks for the ride. That was just way to fucking awesome! That man is one hell of a driver. He has been doing this for some time now. He was just as cool as a cucumber in the fridge on a mid August. Damn what a run. Was he the first one to that point?
Damn sweating watching this.
Does this have a separate throttle for the throttle man or the driver is doing both?
Driver is doing both.
When you're out with the family wake-boarding and someone doing 115 MPH blows by 20 feel from your boat - 5:04
That was way to close ....If I was the driver/thottleman I'd be constantly worried someone would just turn in front of me.
The boats that are on the water during the poker run are all there knowing we're coming. Notice that everyone on all those boats have their phones out recording. They're all aware of what they're doing and at those speeds it's not possible to "go around" them.
Great Video ! ! !
Bad ass boat
Amazing ❤️ how much power does it have? What engine?
Has 2 Mercury Racing 1550s 1350 daul fuel Engines so 3100 HP.
Has 2 Mercury Racing 1550s so 3100 HP
Stock did it run the twin 1350=2700hp? An extra 400 is absolute bonkers. That thing must accelerate like a freaking banshee screaming straight outta heLL

Impresionante 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Imagine cruising on your little pontoon boat and getting nuked by one of these boats.
Totally love that freaking boat!!!
Awesome Road runner man
Work hard, Play hard!
Wonder what the fuel consumption is???? One hell of a ride.
This DCB has a 250 gal. tank and I think it has twin 1550 HP engines. I don't know about the consumption but I hope those numbers help to give you an idea. Peace
Is this using the virb 30 or virb 360? Awesome video!
360
What kind of boat is it?
DCB M44
