Mabel and Pacifica definitely had an interesting rivalry. Pacifica was able to make Mabel feel bad about being herself, and there are hints it's because she somewhat envied Mabel. Mabel definitely didn't like Pacifica's constant bullying, moments when Pacifica would belittle her, and especially when she was legitimately better her, particularly mini golf. However, even her issues with Pacifica didn't stop Mabel from doing the right thing and saving her, which somewhat ended their rivalry.
