I got advanced voice Video on phone and desktop app today - in London UK at last. Often just ignores me though even though I am on paid subscription. maybe the time limit is very slow
I think people expect a game changing feature everyday, which is very childish, honestly.. Maybe that sort of mindset was caused by the massive changes that happened in the early days of the AI boom within a very short time frame
