This project was in Phoenix Arizona area. It all depends on what type of court you want, this was asphalt replacement, concrete will be more for a post tension slab. Also the fencing and site lighting is already installed but if you are building new you won't have any demo/haul away cost. Definitely get multiple bids for everything right now, prices are all over the place the last few years.

Around $50k but that was a while ago. Couldn't tell you in today's market since material and labor costs have changed so much.
