You heard the reasons in this video why Suzuki had to let him go as of now, and every other manufacture have guys locked in contracts, they cant just magicaly throw Reed into their program.
If there was a good spot available any manufacture would love to have Reed, Reed is good for not only testing but he will always put a bike into the main events got huge majority of fans all over the Globe to have reed on the team can only give you advantage.
Define it´s over? He is still a top rider and you know factories wants a contender and a rider that gets top 20. I think you underestimate him cause of his age. He is Chad Reed one of the best the sports has ever seen and his resumé speaks for itself.
@@steevmattress3821 He's just like a hanger-one now, just hanging on hoping someone hands him something due to his younger days. He said once his team from yrs ago made money the first 2 yrs and that he lost his butt the last 2 yrs of operation. It certainly appears he lost way too much money and now needs a paycheck like the rest of us slugs.
I think the answer to the title is "Not yet but soon". Sad to see Suzuki getting out of pro racing.
Matthew Schulz not subpar. Carmichael, Roxen, Reed, Stewart, and Dungey debunk that theory. They just need a badass trainer like Baker.
M & M’s logo on a Suzuki bike would be cool. Be nice if they could get Mars to sponsor the motocross team too.
More fatties walking around from eating chocolate bars...not sure that's a healthy sponsor....
Another good video.
I wonder if they are talking to a CBD oil sponsor and need Suzuki to approve... And just like that, they had a ton of sponsor money.
Interesting story about Reed. Sounds like keeping him was possible but not quick enough. Racers got to race.
JGRMX + ALTA MOTORS.. Let's see it!
Love you Weege, your the man!
Dear JGR, can I have one of those engines?
It's called signs of the times and you just don't see the turn out like you used to in the stands like in the 90's. I admit I have stopped going to supercross just because of the attitudes of the riders and alot of the fans walk around acting like they are all a bunch of badass dudes that ride for the Metal Mulisha. I love dirtbikes and still love racing but not the atmosphere of supercross.
We have already seen chad Reed practicing with the reds at palas
Nice job Jason
JGRMX is needed for the sport. Hope its set sooner then later for the team. I got two cars through auto trader because of the team. Fans look at what teams have and use for sponsors.
Yeah!!! Giant Weege Cut out gettin some love!
So that is a suki on joeys sav Instagram !
I screen print , so cool to see a manual and auto in the shop! Andddd a workhorse ! 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
Screen print and riding are my hobbies 🤘🏾 good footage
Good looking bikes.
There’s so much talent out there. It’s complete bullshit that this group of well paid individuals cannot find riders
Did you not watch the video? They get riders according to the amount of money which is still an unknown for the year. Nobody said there isn't riders you momo
Weege should be announcing Supercross instead of Ralph Spaleen
He's got the voice the personality and easily relatable with the fans.
Perhaps they could try GNCC's or a hare scramble series, since most people who race those don't get team support unless you are in the pro classes, so they could easily get younger and amatuer riders
I’d kill to ride for anyone
I just got a newer RM-Z250 and I am surprised how good it actually is. I know most people say they are the worst but I’d take it over some other bikes
YO THATS JOE GIBBS THAT OWNS THAT AND HE WONT LET IT FAIL I DONT THANK
I wish you could be a announcer for supercross
What's up, welcome to the weed show. 😂
I could be wrong, but probably Suzuki's money is all tied up in MotoGP.
GoFundMe should sponsor this team
Weege wasn't wrong when he said there were a lot of motors. 40 total from what I was able to count.
Pick up the Seven Deuce Deuce!
JGR Sherco would be sick.
I heard William McFee has been testing... Wild Bill McFee
Weege needs to not ask or infer they are working a hundred times
So true but that is also how races are talked about, as the race happens. I usually turn the volume down so I do not hear them bragg endlessly on their 2-3 darling riders.
They need to get Vinny luhovy on there teem he's like the only privateer on a Suzuki
Home slice. Good luck.
Anyone recognize the song the mechanics were jamming out to?
Can I please get a chance to meet you at A1 this year?????
Now Ik how to get a couple race motors
I love Suzuki but it really is hard to feel sorry for them when their 450 bike is always last place in every shootout. They also need to sign 1 big name rider to start winning again.
Petrodrol don't always trust shootouts. Remember shootouts are opinions. One tester may be brand loyal so naturally they will give their bike the nod because they are used to it. I never trust shootouts.
If Suzuki pull out of MX while blowing tens of millions of dollars on MotoGP and still expects people to buy their already outdated dirt bikes, they're nuts. Just shut down the dirt bike manufacturing side if you won't support the sport. I appreciate JGR they've always been a classy organization and I hope the best for them. We need Suzuki and JGR in the sport.
Suzuki needs to step up their racing program. KTM and Kawi owns the race track.
WELL why cant Suzuki sponsor them fully like Honda or kaw does i dont get it
M&M team bike would be amazing. think of the commercials and promotions. I pledge to buy peanut M&MS every time I get gas or groceries(I will be fatter but I am a team player). lets get 50k pledges on here. then weege can show this to JGR then pass it on to MARS.
Go get JS and RC to come ride de Suzukis
Good scoop!
Clicked on this and immediately regretted it
Maybe you can catch a CBD or sports drink sponsor or even a large MJ grower?
GoatRoper911 CBD is in the game now so I say bring back beer and cigarette sponsors. Bring back some money to the game. plus I could get some retro bud light graphics for my new YZ250 smoker.
I hear Rich Energy is in need of a team to sponsor... not.
THEY SHOULD GO AWAY WITH SIGNING MORE PROS AND STEP BACK SOME AND GO AFTER THE FUTURE ,,GO AFTER JETT REYNOLDS AND RYDER DIFRANCESCO PUT WHATEVER THEY CAN INTO THOSE TWO KIDS AND THEY WILL WIN SOME CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR JGR WHEN THEY TURN PRO ..THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY DO THINGS AND GRAB THESE TWO KIDS UP BEFORE THEY TURN PRO AND ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN SOME CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR SUZUKI AND THEMSELVES IN THE NEAR FUTURE
Are they working????
I want your job Jason!!!!
Come on they cant go away the jgr bikes are always so sexy
Contact trump! Maga 2020 would look cool as across the shroud and on the side of the semi. Msga make supercross great again
forevr2wheels agreed! We need some F1 money! Hahaha
@@goinhot9133 ... their already is F1 money in Moto..
Conor Edgar you may wanna think again lol
@@goinhot9133 Yea - you don't know who you're talking to, do you? haha
Conor Edgar how many factory teams are there? How much is their budget? How much does their rig cost? Yeah, not F1 money. F1 teams spend so much more, and if you think otherwise your stupid.
Not sure filming and driving is a great plan there Weege....
I suspect the JGR Team parting ways with Yamaha under not so friendly terms has something to do with sponsors not wanting to be apart of the team. Add in the fact of Suzuki's non existent R&D department for the dirt bike line and the team riding those toads has the sponsors concerned. IMO, if they were on any other brand they would be all set for 2020.
Suzuki is realistic with the market.... dirts bikes are going in a direction thats not sustainable for the average rider... its unaffordable... they know the epa is eventually going to faze them out and theres no need to ride the sinkingship....They do fine globally...
Lawn Crafters - especially with their street bike line-up.
NOOOOOO! I'll drive the transporter! For FREE! just feed me, and let me play on a 450! And pay medical.... I'll help in the pits! FREE!
How is that free...
@@jmzochsnrtr well....... gotta try! They have nice transporters.... 30+ years driving. Hauled the trucks for the 06 Toyota AMA supercross on the west coast. I do have experience in the industry.
