The New York Knicks defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 104-101. Jalen Brunson recorded 24 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists for the Knicks, with Josh Hart adding 21 points and a playoff career-high 15 rebounds in the victory. Tyrese Maxey (playoff career-high 35 points, 10 assists, 9 rebounds) and Joel Embiid (34 points, 10 rebounds) combined for 69 points for the 76ers in the losing effort. You can’t call time out without control and the 76ers players were trying to inbound that ball as fast as possible. Sadly you blame things like this despite the refs gifting weak calls to Embid while Nick Nurse hops up and down and cries the entire game for calls.

Joel Embiid gets the weakest calls with the lightest contact I’ve ever seen for a so-called “dominant” big man. The refs totally were favoring Philly for a huge chunk of the game! Yes, there were times calls favored the New York Knicks too. It goes both ways bro…Joel is getting some “special” treatment out there for sure.
