This is exactly my problem, thank you so, so much!! I try to put in too much, but then realise it's too much! This was really helpful, thank you so much!
You're so welcome James!
great stuff. any plan to have a video on reverb approach towards mixing dry libraries with wet libraries ?
Thank you! I’ve done several on my reverb approach, but can revisit :)
Lol, I have lots of "middle build up sections" I've never finished... Because, I can't figure out what should come before it and after it. So this is pretty much how my brain works. I should try it in practice more I guess and try to finish some of the things I've started. Thanks! :)
You got this Daniel!
I prefer to compose/orchestrate in Sibelius but the same principle applies. So simple, yet I never would I have thought unless by accident or someone showed me. Thank you, awesome way to level the playing field in a top>down sort of way. I'm a Schillinger practitioner (Joseph Schillinger), and this opens up to me the concept of density ; (thickness and thin-ness of musical texture).
Thanks for sharing! ☺️
cool stuff u teach there
Thanks :)
I actually had this thought but haven't put it into practice yet. Thank you.
My pleasure!
I have worked with many genres and orchestral music is by far the most challanging of them all. To you newbies, if you master orchestral music, congrats! 🎉
By the way, that music piece was beautiful. Very inspirational. There is a subtle rythmic part at 49 which I really like, a bit like Enya.
Thanks my friend - can't wait to share the final result! :)
