Just use it i a room with enemies he had 45 coins and gold razor give 5 use it 10 times in a room that has enemies land 8 shots to max dead eye razor gives 1.2 damage per use times 10 is 12 damage might even double with dead eye possible 24 damage

I've done all of the hardest character unlocks, such as T lazarus, T jacob, T lost, and all of the harder normal characters, but I still don't want to grind out the completion marks for mega mush lol

It's possible to get sacred heart, then no other good items. For example another youtuber Priets died with Godhead
Sacred Heart and Godhead are no longer run-winning items. They are pretty good, but if you don't get other good items or you suck, you ain't gonna get far.

Was playing as lost found dead cat first floor then I found a reverse stars card used it in a secret room because I'm greedy and got r key and glitched crown then died to a spider on the same floor. Edit: you think finding sacred heart as tainted cain is bad
