It's modern, and the problem with modern is, in ten years this will all look dated. And, the architecture, that open, space age look, the building itself will look dated in ten years. Take a look at some of the mansions from the 1980's-90's, they have to be rehabbed or sold for very little. Neo-classical, European, palace look is what will always be in vogue!
