I really want to invest in yummy based off your years of reviews with this company. Why do some say the hair is extremely dry have you every experienced this? If so, what do you use? Love you video...long time subscriber...Am happy your feeling better
I think if you’re not used to raw hair you may think it’s dry because it’s not as shiny as virgin hair. Personally I think it makes the hair look more natural. I’ve ordered twice and other than Miink Brazilian hair it’s the best hair I’ve had. It’s expensive but worth the investment.
I have several of their textures, none are dry imo. For the curly textures, leave a little (10%) of the conditioner in after washing and apply a light oil or serum while wet.
I had raw hair, usually purchase through a friend who has connections to India, so I know for a fact it is raw. I tried yummy straight extensions and soon as I washed, deep condition and let it dry, the texture changed...and I conditioned overnight and it was dry af to the point where I was afraid it'd start shredding.
I would say yummy is NOT RAW hair, moreover virgin hair. There has been some processing to it. It's not as processed as say Amazon hair, but it's not like the raw hair I'm used to that is straight off the head, sewn onto a weft, washed and shipped.
Everyone keeps saying it matts terribly..Hell no the whole point of me laying down $300 on two bundles was to get the seamless no matting effect. Otherwise what’s the point if I have to comb it all day??? That mean the hair cuticles are NOT ALIGNED meaning they are liars saying each bundle comes from ONE DINOR. Bullshid not if it matting up like cheap cuticle removed sweatshop hair. Donor hair is cut and kept in the original pony tail and the cuticles stay aligned. That’s TRUE RAW hair. This garbage their selling is something else bc everyone keeps complaining about it matting up when wet. And while out in public. That means it’s not cuticley aligned. The strands are going any direction and will cease up the second it touches water, including sweat from the nape of our necks. As a 30yr hair guru, I know what raw hair does and it’s beautiful when it’s real. But when it’s a load of crock some company is trying to pass off, then it’s not a pleasurable experience. So screw these bundles I have in the cart. My search continues.
Love it can’t wait to use this as a guideline for my upcoming wig ! Question: did you cut the wefts? Which size wig cap did you purchase? I’ve been looking for a lightweight wig cap.

Was the cap being inside out intentional? How tight did you adjust the straps?
