    Sudharshan bhai, karrasammu telugu style of silambam which is my daily routine ur absolutely right amazing grip 💪strength is part nd parcel of this, after this I do sadarn dand baytak nd hanuman and vrishika dand which I learn from you, am trying sher dand needs more practice, am teakwondo practitioner, muje traditional exercise ki path me lekar anekeliye tq Sudharshan sensai🙇‍♂️, where can I get best mudgar

    I couldn’t do the spinning of the lathi. Is just the fist moving okay with the lathi as a beginning?

      It won't if you do good cardio and stretching along with weightlifting and calisthenics you could also do plyometric exercises and isometric exercises

      It's great for the Muscles, joints, and flexibility as well

      @@AdityaSajjai it's more of an endurance thing...for grappling & other martial art stuff...✌️
      Muscle does get stimulus to grow... but the best way to do that would probably be the gym way...✌️
