@@AdityaSajjai it's more of an endurance thing...for grappling & other martial art stuff...✌️ Muscle does get stimulus to grow... but the best way to do that would probably be the gym way...✌️

It won't if you do good cardio and stretching along with weightlifting and calisthenics you could also do plyometric exercises and isometric exercises
