Yeah.. I did say that... More challenging way would look like a jump ( backwards ) like a back handspring and before the hands touch the ground.. body twists and comes in the handstand position ✌️
Apna apna alag diet Hota Hai ... accordingly plan kariye... Thode basics ko seekhne ki kooshish kijiye... nutrition is a vast subject. I can say....Workout a lot (resistance training) and eat (clean) slightly more ✌️
The method or Mindset behind a mugdar or gada is not (generally) about isolation of muscle groups to promote growth... But if you want you could hold two heavy clubs from the center and do like a chest press Exercise maybe... but that's not what the club was about ✌️
