I have just returned form 2 weeks travelling thro India (mainly Rahjastan) To me India was like an hallucination.
I was intoxicated by it and fell madly in love with it.
For part of December 2018 and January 2019, I actually spent most of my time in Mumbai and also went to Rahjastan for the first time (specifically Jaipur "The Pink City") and Jaipur was quite lovely, actually found the air easier to breathe than Mumbai.

I have visited every corner of India.It's always been depicted differently in the West but what I have come to know it's absolutely opposite.India is so beautiful and vibrant.And I have seen more luxurious life more Rolce Royace, Lamborghini than any other part of the world.India is in true sense incredible.Lots of love from 🇺🇸

Beliefs are at the root of many problems around the world. India is an example. The caste system, the animals on the streets, the quality of transport and roads in some cities or neighborhoods. It's special as a destination. Far too many contrasts between the beautiful and the ugly. This is not a country for all travelers.
The advertising campaign for India on euronews made for several months is boring because repetitive and unrepresentative. It only shows the positive and the beautiful. Nothing authentic.
Much remains to be done in India. I hope for the Indians that things will change quickly in better.
