I’ve seen better, but 4:13 got me here. That blink of a frame where they showed the blood moon and cut it off ASAP and was like “YEAH OK LOOK AWAY” gave off the imminent danger in this scenario, and how hard they were trying to save civilians. Great job regardless!

This is the time where even a test of the EAS should be feared…
During local tests of the Emergency Alert System, you correctly identified the Specific Area Message Encoding header tones, but the attention tone is only transmitted during an actual emergency, such as a severe thunderstorm warning or an AMBER alert. Otherwise, the three short beeps indicating the end of the message are transmitted, followed by a message explaining the test of the system.
