The terms you use is so confusing, "particles" are ice spheres right? when u say "infinite casting" what does that mean? you can cast spells as long as u have mana right? do u mean infinite mana? or are you referring to CD? what does "infinite snow storm" in the title mean???
I was testing this out and it seems that tech specialist and chill specialist deals a couple thousand more damage than tech master and focus on tech.

RUclips creators have a hive mind (they all follow a content creator meta). For a long time the meta has been to put their face with a dumb expression in the thumbnail... now the meta is to put some extreme words in all caps to grab attention: (BEST, ULTIMATE, BROKEN, OP, etc.).
It is nothing more than cheap click-bait.

Viessa is my favorite Descendant. Got bored with bunny in a few days. Viessa is the main and working to get Ajax. But unsure how long i will play this game as I finished the story. I am against games that has senseless grinds (i mean doing same thing over and over is just waste of time) and microtransactions that kinda force you to pay like limited inventory but you can get more if you pay.
Anyways, great video. So far i have beaten 3 intercept bosses on hard mode and I got Cold Cohesion. But i did not get cold bloodedness and i do not feel like grinding for hours to get it. Hopefully, i can get it as i progress theough other bosses.
Grinding game loops for drops is exactly what a "Looter / Shooter" game is all about. Warframe, Destiny, and all the other Looter/Shooter games work this way... kill mobs by the thousands and get loot to improve your characters and weapons. The grind (not the story) is what the game is.
@@webbygaming1583 I understand. I enjoyed Destiny for a good part. But with that too I got bored to do the same thing over and over. I should just stay away from these types of games that have a lot of senseless grind.
May i ask... Why the focus on tech when it doesnt seem like any of ult viessas skills have the tech classification like normal viessa does?

Can someone please make a build that’s not ultimate because those characters are hard to unlock due to low drops rates.

you can still use these on your regular. just gotta grind for more space tbh
@@toyabucks some transcendant mods are ultimate only
99% of all builds are the same on normal Descendants as on ultimate's. There are a small number of Ultimate only modules, but most of those are not great and you do not see them in most meta builds. In other words, non ultimate Descendants are perfectly fine.
@@uwutm813 they can always use something else instead of cohesion or don't and just level up their mods. Still gotta grind for pieces, mods and etc.
Is polar night a good set to run on ultimate Viessa ?

You guys with your advanced builds tend to forget those who are just starting perhaps a new character and we don't have all the mods. So, why don't you make a beginner build, or is that beneath you?
