You know how to play the game. All Phil does is spam Jump + R2/L1. Given that he's probably very overleveled, he could easily respec and use a greatshield instead of dodging because he clearly doesn't know how to dodge.
@@DarksydePhilip nothing he could do dood!
And it isn’t even accurate as when he gets so mad at times he forgets to update it. Snort Burnell has the actual deathcounter in his videos.
Not sure if that works here too but in previous DS Souls games I usually looked for some kind of medium shield with 100% phys block (and light armor so I was still quick rolling) and that more than made up for my less than perfect dodge skills. I really think a shield playstyle would be more suited to Phail as well.
can’t wait to see him fight radagon, he’s gonna get absolutely slapped
Big ups for the content dood. Keep it up mate 🔥🔥
Finally his over leveled butt has met a decent match. He's so mad he can't ride around on his horse swinging his sword around killing everything in three hits. If there was a level cap at 100 this dude would not finish this game.
What’s hilarious is he’s been OP almost the whole game and STILL has died almost 700 times. Absolutely pathetic.. 😂
Drink everytime he does a jumping R2.
Phil is so pissed off at the boss that he wants it to eat his a$$. 2:27 xD
DSP: "It's lazy game design. It's, Oh, do thr same shit at the end of the game that you did the whole game already. And don't try anything original, and let it hit for more damage"
WOW Dave. The lack of self realization there is amazing. You could apply his logic to every mistake and choice Phil has made, from Pandalee, to now. This is the same guy who has literally jumped attack his way through the entire game without varying up his strategy in the slightest, then gets pissed when it doesn't work.
He should use one of those input display apps and prove forever that From game controls only work like half the time. Im surprised nobody has ever challenged him to do that. It would show very fast how full of s he is.
The display app is bugged dood complete bs 🐽💨
I called this the day the game released. “This game will destroy him by the end”
He’s the one person that has made panic rolling like an art form or something.
gotta love that death counter at 6670 for a second.
He was clearly healing and he complained that he couldn't roll. Typical Phil, mans so convinced that Fromsoftware designed this game just to piss him off.
Roll into Leonine. Use a spirit summons.
Also, this game teaches you very early that the smallest things can knock you off your horse and kill you.
"Look! Again! won't fucking roll" when he clearly spammed a heal....
I love how after every death he has to sit there and find some roundabout way to explain how it wasn't his fault. The definition of cope
does he still use the 15% increase dmg taken talismans and wonders why he takes so much dmg? Has Sword of Mhilos and Moonlight Greatsword but insists he doesnt use guides, right buddy you cant count 1+1 but figured out Rannis Sidequest on your own 🙃
hope he buys that jumping R2 some dinner with how much he is abusing it. sheesh bro, do something else frfr
Whats great is the latest patch made it slower to get out of the jump R2 animation. So hes going to get punished ever more.
Glad the dismounter curved sword lives up to its name
Him still losing to the Erdtree Avatar this late in the game is just sad. Not only do those trees use the same moveset as previous Souls bosses (nice callback, Fromsoft) and he’s played all of them multiple times by now, but they also don’t get any new attacks or patterns as the game progresses - when I was at the Snowfields I could pretty much fight them blindfolded because of how much of their moveset has become muscle memory. You’d expect the same from Phil being a “Soulsborne veteran” as he is.
Plus i learned fire bombs kill the shit outnof them
Moment i saw them I knew it was an asylum demon. And they have patterns that are easy to learn. Yet philbert keeps getting baited and blasted by them. He has the reflexes of a blind person.
Actually they do get new attacks as the game progresses like the scarlet rot and the one that is able to duplicate itself.
But even if they didn't Phill would still die to them
@@RenanRufinoTrue The Putrid one is basically just a variant. The attacks are the same but it has Scarlet Rot attached to things like the buttstomp.
Let's not forget that you also have a freaken' horse.
6:55 see guys he’s changed
“If it happens again I’m gonna punch-“
*DSP stops to think what his noodle arms can handle punching and quickly realized that no such thing exists*
He'd punch the table and then scream in pain "I ROLLED"
REALLY as soon as he can't blaze through said khantent he becomes super man child...NO REALLY !!!
He's in the part of the game where that giant health bar does not count for much now
Him using Rannis sword is a disgrace to that sword...gosh pooor moon light.
Poor Ranni being married to that clod.
He approaches the Haligtree. And when he gets there may he know salt like no other. Though if he's still stuck in Ordina, well, that'll do for the moment.
How does he still not understand after hundreds of hours in that the trees are literally super weak to fire?
Likely out of stamina..
Be wary of pathetic sort.
bloodstain ahead therefore
try skill
220 hours in this game, and I didn’t know the Kaiden mercenary could do that. Thanks DSP for finding new, dumb ways to die!
Doesnt use guides but somehow stumbled onto the Darkmoon Greatsword. Yea, ok.
Literally stands in one spot swinging his sword and gets combo'd by the enemy because he's a sitting goof and it's the enemies fault because it's "designed poorly"
1:30 is fuckin hilarious🤣🤣
Oh my God, how can you be *that* bad at fighting an avatar this far into the game? I can't wait to see him take on Radagon and Elden Beast. The salt will be delicious :)
nah more like wait till he meets malenia and malekith. They'll make him wish he never picked up this game.
@@thebatter7769 I assumed he was gonna skip Malenia. Maliketh will be a good one though for sure. I can almost hear him throwing a fit about the health drain already
@@thebatter7769 you are a wheelchair if you think the pig is going to do malenia; his paypigs are already bored of ER and he's not even to farum azula. He's going to declare her optional content and skip her
Maliketh will be a salt mine though I agree with that
At level 144 I really don't see anything putting up much of a fight, especially with his guide reading and chat handholding. This play-throo is going to be worse than his DS1 "magic run", all the way through.,
I can't help but think the 71 points he put into Intelligence could've been better placed.
Didn't last week he did a "real talk" about calling dev's "lazy?"
I always think of the playful arguments Soulsborne players have:
Strength or dex?
Pyromancy or arcane?
Melee or magic?
And Phil just says fuck all of that and builds something that is good at precisely nothing unless he's severely overleveled.
I've never had these input issues and camera/rolling issues that dsp seems to have with elden ring lmao
that curved sword is called a dismounter for a reason lol
Good edit.
Man child dsp will never admit he is begging.
"Nothing I could do dood....I need more kontent!"
I love his Master tactic... jump + r2... genius
Gotta love how he goes and heals then bitches how he cannot roll in the middle of a heal
2:26 Whenever oic or zoyacarl tips him a lot of munnies
Man, I guess the rest of us got off easy since From Soft apparently designed the game specifically to ruin Phil’s day. Crazy.
I remember people complain about reused boss in this game but at the 11th Avatar or 20th Death Bird Phill should get better at fighting them don't you think?
Rolls do not make you invincible for the whole roll, so just because you roll does not mean you shouldn’t get hit. You have to roll at the right time.
If a simple game mechanic like this that he can’t comprehend, what insight could he give on an “in-depth” review?
He thinks (and always has) that all the roll frames are i-frames. Not even kidding. Whenever he says "I rolled, didn't work", he usually did roll but got hit at the start (because he mashes and other animations finish first) or end of the animation where that is in fact valid.
"Every enemy two-shots you"
LOL he gets hit by a 10m tall tree with a gigantic hammer. How many hits does he want to tank before he thinks its fair for him to die lol
Multiple like all other endgames in souls?
This dudes build looks all over the place moonlight great sword isn't hitting for anything, he's got faith shit with it to lol
Atleast he has vigor and armor tho
Can someone please explain the whole “squeeze banana” thing? Lol I need to know what that’s all about.
I have to ask: is there a reason why he refuses to use ashes to summon?
Wow can you guys believe pieces of foliage exist in a game solely to impede true gamers from winning??
And not because they fit in and make the area look pretty.
He has played this for weeks and weeks and still fails at the timing at it.. just wow. The end was gold.
*now has access to magic, refuses to use it*
I had a feeling this was going to happen towards endgame . dude rage quit kirby
