I just did this repair on my 2007 Hyundai Elantra. Everything in this video worked great except on the 2007 the pipes and core come out on the drivers side. I removed the side panel under the radio, the plastic under the steering wheel, the metal bracket under the steering wheel and the A/C vent that blows on your feet. Super easy, cut the pipes, added the clamped heater hose and it all slide back into place. Cost $89 for the core and about 2 hours of time.
Great follow up to my original video. I'm glad you showed all the details, I didn't want to go back and do all that, I was just anxious to see it work. Lol. Great Job !! Mine is still going strong. By the way I love the red rolling work cart in your garage. Is that a Harbor Freight special? I want to buy one. Can't wait to get one
No the cart is not from harbor freight a buddy of mine gave it to me I just painted it red. Thanks for the complament mine is still working like a champ!!!! too.
