How to setup BIOS/Boot Menu on Samsung Laptop
would like to buy a second hand samsung series 9 laptop. But with error " all boot option tried.
Press f4 key to recover with factory image using recovery or any others key for next boot loop iteration."
My question is, with error like above, can i re-install the laptop with fresh windows 8?
If yes, how to do it?

To Boot modern samsung laptop from usb drive follow the steps in the video Tutorial
1.Press F2 quickly at boot up.
2.Got to Advanced tab and navigate down to "Fast Bios Mode" and disable. ...
3.Go to Boot tab and change "Boot Device Priority" so USB HDD is at the top.
4.Save and reboot.
