You can lure most of the elite ops from the room just by using a gun or bag, but if you have planted the bombs they will raise the alarm immediately. 3. Go through the leftmost door into the elite op room after you have an elite op disguise, don't waste time going through the room you planted the bombs in. 4. Stand on the inclination on the keypad side of the vault. The security on the slope won't see you. 5. 10:00 The security standing there will see the bomb. Also, plant the bomb on the right, then the one on the left so you don't have to shoot the glass window to get to the elevator. 6. Take out security in the area of the last two bombs if possible, this will ease you in planting the last two bombs indefinitely. Also, avoid opening the small blast doors so security from other areas won't patrol around the location of the last two bombs. 7. There is no "No Kill Bonus" in Black Dusk whatsoever, so feel free to massacre the entire facility.

I feel like the elite disguise is a bit controversial as you get detected a bit faster. I know this isn't meant as a guide, but when you got into the control room and after you cleared it you had an available base security disguise left over from the dude who saw you.
after all that, you still didn't get no alarms or kills because of the end. you even risked it all by getting the elite disguise, resulting in several close calls.

You need precision drilling perk, it allows you to open and close drilled doors. Npcs will still notice the door if they use it though
